Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Trinidad and TobagoThe restaurant was the one main sore point for our stay. While I appreciate the manager may want to provide variety to guests, the degree of choice and lack of repeated ingredients throughout the selections invariably results in extensive prep time for the kitchen to produce & plate orders, and much too long wait times for guests, especially at breakfast. A better option would be to implement a buffet system, though perhaps the restaurant space may need an extension to accommodate this. We had breakfast at the tail end of the period assigned, yet consistently had lengthy waits, sometimes even to just get coffee, tea & juices to our table. Lunch seemed to fare slightly better, where I was able to order and collect (to take back to our rooms) within 30mins. I did find some menu items to be on the bland side (the pumpkin & shrimp risotto and my omlette one morning, for instance). But other times the seasonings appeared balanced, so perhaps that may be a function of the chef preparing....Some more consistency in the kitchen would therefore help. We declined having dinner at the hotel so cannot comment on the options & experience there.
We were a group of 3 adults on a weekend stay & had 2 rooms adjacent to each other. The beds were extremely comfortable! The room was adequately appointed, with a mini fridge, coffee & tea, iron, chair & work desk, safe and small selection of toiletries. Pool/beach towels provided in room alongside regular linens. Also appreciated that multiple electrical outlet choices were available for guest use. Hotel decor had some nice touches, the subtle insertion of lemon brightened up the blue and white theme. I appreciated the mini coolers that were provided if you were heading to the beach opposite the hotel, that were filled with your choice of soft drinks, water & beers. They also have an arrangement for free lounge chair use on the beach, so something to enquire with the staff on. The staff generally were very helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. A standard array of alcohol was available as part of the all inclusive package, with a bar at the pool area and another inside between lobby & restaurant available to service your needs. The breakfast slot was sufficiently lengthy 7-10am, with lunch, afternoon tea and dinner slots being shorter over the rest of the day. The hotel choice was sufficient for our needs but there are some things that can still be improved.

United KingdomBreakfast, Travelling as a single person, long wait for fruit plate, fruit was good. Then again waited for main course Eggs Benedict, disappointing as no hollandaise only topped with clarified butter.
Staff were very good! Very attentive topping up water, juice & coffee. Can`t praise the staff enough for their friendly, welcoming nature.

United KingdomThe vegetarian options were very poor, repetetive and small portions(meat and fish options appeared much better). Dining service was generally very slow with some staff dragging it out to 1.5hrs+(regardless of how busy the restaurant was), there were a couple notable exceptions who provided quick and responsive service. The pool area did not have enough sun beds, so the beach was the only option after around 9.30am.
Nice friendly hotel with good bar, pool, large in room TV with Netflix and fast WiFi.

United KingdomNot enough sunbeds! Definitely need more. The music around pool was turned off so lacked ambience. When it did play, the same playlist was on repeat for hrs so please pay attention to this! Wld be nice to have some Caribbean music playing. Food was not authentic Caribbean more 'posh versions' so taste was not great. Each to their own palettes. If you are looking for peace/quiet this is for you if you want livelier, this is not for you.
Staff very friendly. One of the receptionist (youngish) was not very helpful when I first arrive as I had an issue but everyone else was fine. Location is good in walking distance to main strip for Rodney bay where there are various restaurants, bars, clubs.

United KingdomWell unfortunately nearly everything about this hotel is really bad. We paid for an all inclusive for 2 days and I can confirm this IS NOT an all inclusive. They have decided to go with the option of a sit down meal and you have to wait on average 6 hours a day to receive breakfast, lunch and dinner. We decided to not use the pool as we hadn't seen it be cleaned during our time there and also heard other guests complain about it. The rooms are poorly laid out, with a light that makes it feel like your in a hospital. The shower barely gets up to hot water and the shower window wouldn't close so we had to shower in the dark so that we didn't attract flies. The furniture is rusty and they have put garden chairs in the room which just didn't make sense. We also don't understand why the rooms on the middle floor don't have a balcony. Our TV didn't work, we asked for it to be fixed but the guy unfortunately didn't know how to fix it, also no Lamps in the room. They have also put restrictions on the drinks that you can have, no sparkling wine and the portions of food are SOO SMALL so we had to order 2 or 3 plates at a time because the time you would receive it, you would be starving. People would be getting up at 4am to grab sunbeds and I believe the hotel needs to invest in more. The hotel has absolutely NO VIBE! It is very very boring and I agree if you are over 65 and plan to do nothing but sit in the sun, barely eat and have dry conversation then this is the perfect place for you. I would say that the staff need direction and training, head-office seem to be focused on the wrong things they want it to look good but haven't focused on details and there is no practicality to anything. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! They have some work to do and the fact that they were having a grand opening for a hotel that has been open for a year and a half and still having these types of issues, was abit of a joke!!
The only thing that was good about this hotel was the friendly staff. They had a nice touch of offering prosecco on arrival and the location is good, 5 min walk to the beach and the strip to where all the bars and clubs are. When the food did arrive it was good but then you were just soo furious that you had to wait 2 hours.

United StatesThe service was pretty slow for every meal, we ended up grabbing quick bites in other places during our more busy days to avoid how long it would take. The hotel itself is pleasant but a little “cold” feeling. The all white rooms with the bright LED lights made it difficult to unwind. The only view is of the hotel pools. The bathrooms did have a bit of a musty smell.
The all-inclusive meals were very good. Full 3 course sit down meals. The location was great, short 5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel has a deal with some of the guys on the beach so that guests have a chair and umbrella ready for them. The hotel also supplies you with a cooler full of your choice of drinks for every beach trip which was a great touch.
