Ordering food could be extended. Lunch was done by 14:00 and Dinner at 20:30. Therefore ordering a snack in between would be nice.

Good breakfast buffet, good kitchen. Very good value for money. The main strength of the hotel are definitely the staff. The restaurant staff, cleaning, and reception. All good.

No casual dining option was evident, had to hae expensive restaurant meal when really only a bar snack was desired, early kitchen closure

It's our second visit to this wonderful hotel in this beautiful alpine village Malbun. Highly recommended. Very attentive staff. Good breakfast. If you're on half-pension - a delicious dinner. Free sauna. Perfect location for winter sports - a ski lift is reacheable almost from one of the special entrances. Special rooms to keep and dry your ski stuff.

The bed wasn’t comfortable and the breakfast buffet wasn’t the best

I liked the proximity to the ski lifts and the fact that breakfast and dinner was included and dinner was a four course meal.

Lots of gnat/fruit fly bugs all over food. Place some cups of apple cider vinegar and dish soap around the hotel to solve the issue.

Love the snowy location, great amenities for kids and adults. Kind employees. Highly recommend for a family getaway.

Everything! Staff extremely friendly, good breakfast buffet, very clean, nice room, bar and lobby. The location is up on the mountain which gave us a fantastic view of the valley. 30 m from the front door is a ski lift.

Just needs a hot tub doesn't it?

Breakfast was fantastic. The sauna was brilliant. Great spot a 30 min run/1-1.5hr hike up the hill to watch the sunrise. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

Quite an expensive place for what it is. No air con - although it wasn't too hot. Shower cubicle was small and right next to door making it difficult to close. Whilst the food is decent, it's pricey.

1 of the restaurant staff was a little unfriendly, we were given conflicting information from 3 different waiters about the dinner service but ended up having dinner anyway. The soup with croutons for starter was missing the croutons, and 1 of the 3 schnitzel meals was missing the sauce.

Lovely stay in a beautiful location high up the mountain with fantastic views! Clean and comfortable room. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Breakfast was a good selection.
