Well, price per dog per night... And to have dinner at the hotel, you have to order a 4-course menu, no other options available :( Not everyone eats THAT much at dinner.

Really great location for wanderers. I also liked the nearly perfect insulation of the rooms - not much was heard from the outside. Very clean and practically arranged. Good matraces, too, for ppl with problems with the locomotor system. Many trails start at the hotel location and info for them was available in the room. Hotel staff provided me also with socket adaptor, otherwise I wouldn't be able to charge my appliances. Rich breakfast buffet, everything fresh, a corner with local specialities - great!

Larissa- reception staff working on 9/08/2022 seemed rude and we as a family did not like her tone of speaking. Owners should check the message she types to guests. They don’t have any polite words like apologies, sorry about this, please etc. We really didn’t like her approach and felt she wanted to go home as soon as shift ends so was rushing us. Messages and her behaviour at reception could have been better.

Location and the view form the rooms are great! Breakfast was good and had variety of options. Restaurant made us a cold platter as we arriving late. Bartender Artis and the reception lady who worked in morning on 10/8/2022 were very helpful and polite.

SMALL ROOM, NO PLACE TO PUT THINGS, NO COFFEE, NO MICROWAVE. IN ROOM .FRIED EGGS ARE EXTRA $$$ AT BREAKFAST FOR THE PRICE? WAY TOO LITTLE FOR $$$$$$ THE STAFF WAS POLITE AND EFFICIENT

1. Check-in at 16:00 while most hotels‘ check-in is at 15:00. Check-out at 10:00 (we had booked a full board) while most hotels‘ check-out is at 11:00 or even 12:00. Hence, they shorten 2 hours of stay for CHF 300 per night. 2. Breakfast was very low quality. Breakfast time is 7:00-10:00 and when arriving at 09:45 there‘s almost nothing left. Again, for CHF 300 per night very low. 3. Lunch was ok. 4. The reception closes at 21:00 and after that the side entrence has to be used. After 21:00 it’s a challenging journey to find the hotel room. One could argue that CHF 300 per night for a full board is a good offer but who values quality and is willing to spend some more money (considering lunch and dinner outside the hotel) is better off with breakfast only somewhere else.

Large rooms and very clean hotel. Access to skilifts. Nice design. Free parking.

The staff commented very poorly. They were not up to date on current Swiss COVID rules and required us to get a COVID test after supplying sufficient documentation to receive our room key. This was pretty inconvenient and very expensive, it wasted 3 hours and $115 USD. We even showed the receptionist the COVID law on the Swiss government website and they still did nothing. Waste of time and money.

Clean, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was nice. But the receptionist ( lady with short blond hair) was not friendly. She look down when we greet and didnt react. Just rude. The hotel time for check out was 10am , too early. We didint know so we was on a rush The check in time was 4pm too long from normal hotel.☹️

I liked it but my girlfriend tought the matrass was a bit too hard

Beautiful location, on the mountain, above the clouds. The food was from the region, its an experience.
