The resort is really beautiful and amazingly cared for. The level of investment in the small details is very serious. The staff is kind and happy to help, including the managers who helped with every request. Very tasty food at a decent price

There was nothing I didn’t like

The staff were unbelievable. All so friendly and helpful. It was great to just have a chat with them as they were all so nice. The property has everything you could want!! There was plenty off staff working so the place is kept so well and you are never waiting for anything you need! I don’t leave many reviews but I had to for this hotel!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this part of Sri Lanka and looking for a nice relaxing break as we were after travelling around the country for the first week of our trip!

The beach behind the hotel could not be used due to coral, which was not clear on booking. There is a wonderful pool and a swimmable beach close by however

Very friendly staff and amazing amenities. They really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The kitchen staff and cleaning staff were particularly lovely. Our children had the best time!

The staff was helpful and kind. The service was great. The room was spacious and clean. A perfect place to rest and enjoy the beach. Our room link directly to the pool and beach. They allocated a cot for our baby. The sunset is beautiful so you can enjoy a drink at the outside bar.

All fantastic can’t think of anything here relating to the property but whilst the beach at the hotel is clean and beautiful the rest of the coastline here does need help to keep clean.

It was spacious clean and well laid out with lots of facilities. Always plenty to do. The staff were exceptional especially Priya in guest relations on reception who could not be more helpful and always with a smile. The room staff who looked after cleaning each day Lojan,lavan and thas were also super. They did a great job but also friendly and so helpful if you had any other needs they could assist with. This is a great hotel find and I’ll be back again.

Reception staff would not recommend.neighbouring restaurents for dinner. THEY MUST HAVE A TRAVEL DESK WHICH SHOULD RECOMMEND TOURS SUCH AS LAGOON BOAT TRIPS IN BATTICOLOA UNLIKE OTHER NEIGHBOURING HOTELS WHICH ORGANISED FOR THEIR CLIENTS

A very minor thing - it would be nice if the pool table was free for guests. We didn’t see anyone use it over the four days we were there.

Beautiful hotel, staff and facilities were excellent. My husband and I are both vegan and found there were lots of options for breakfast and dinner. Everything immaculate. The staff at Aqua bar were excellent.

Absolutely everything! Great experience staying at this hotel. The stuff was wonderfull, food delicious, rooms big, very comfortable and perfectly clean. Amazing view pool, where you can watch stunning sunset! Happy to come back there in the future.

Not good at giving details about restaurant opening times, spa opening times this could have been provided in the room . Would also appreciate having a room service menu in the room. For food almost everything was awesome except the prawns they kept the skin on the prawns
