Amazing property ! Great service , super comfortable rooms. Spa experience was amazing too . Especially loved that they have left things to be natural, they were peacocks and monitor lizards around the property, which was amazing. They had a few activities for the people staying , loved the boat ride . They have thought through the smallest of the things one may require.

Such a really beautiful hotel! We totally relaxed in Anantara after long flight and the way to the hotel. Our room was big with nice sea view and terrace. I loved everything about Anantara: Friendly Personal congratulated our friends with Birthday cake (was very tasty). Yoga with fantastic view over the ocean. Super Massage in SPA. Sea-food restaurant with delicious food. Big territory full of nature , monkeys and Peacocks

Of the 4 hotels I stayed in Sri Lanka, this was the best. This is what I loved about it: 1) the welcome and farewell with music were such special experiences 2) overall the service was excellent 3) I had the most amazing foot massage by Ms Irosha, I highly recommend her 4) the garden was so beautiful with many birds and orchids in the trees 5) The room was spacious and clean 6) the breakfast restaurant has the most amazing view with a wide selection of food 7) The driver Mr Thilina who drove me to Colombo was fascinating to speak to. He also speaks Arabic and Korean, and is a trained Korean chef. 8) I loved that the room had a coffee capsule machine

Maybe to isolated from everything, but thats the spirit of the hotel.

The attention to all details with guests, check in and check out, having a room host, the excelent integration with nature and the efficency of all staff. They take care of us in all situations.

High prices at restaurants. Children do not have their own separate place at the pool.

Anantara is indeed a peace haven ! The staff are super helpful, the rooms are cleaned twice a day, everything is well thought of. The food is great and we are thankful for every minute! Highly recommended and definitely coming back :) oh the spa, must try!

A beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting. The staff were amazing, kind people who could not do enough to ensure you had a wonderful stay. The food was too quality and delicious and the rooms very comfortable and well kept.

abit expensive , sadly we also saw a snake in the resort gardens which didn’t make us comfortable thinking of it that we would see it again .

very beautiful hotel with amazing staff in a lush environment. by far the best hotel we’ve seen in Sri Lanka and up to international standards. food was very good too and the staff have been outstanding with our 2-yo daughter from the General Manager to the waiters of the various restaurants. thanks !
