The location on the beach was amazing - we even saw baby turtles making their way down to the water one morning! Rooms comfortable and nice balconies looking onto the beach - nice pool too and lovely restaurant with delicious food! Also the staff were very friendly and helpful , especially Kara who made our stay really enjoyable!

The room we had was kind of small for four people with all the stuff. The breakfast choice was a little bit disappointing.

The accommodation is very nice, right on the beautiful beach. The room was comfortable with working A/C. There is also a restaurant where you can get good food. They also renting bikes.

Unfortunately, our rooms didn't have air conditioning, and the associated pool was on the other side of the road, so we couldn't directly walk from the pool to the beach. Moreover, the entrances from the hotel to the beach weren't very user-friendly, as they were just some stones one had to walk down.

This was an incredibly lovely and cozy resort right by the beach. The hotel's restaurant had excellent cold drinks, which we enjoyed a lot. Additionally, the resort is incredibly close to some charming restaurants and cafes such as The Doctors House, Swell Cafe, and more.

I really enjoyed my time at Beach Inns Holiday Resort. The guesthouse is located beside a beautiful beach in a peaceful area away from the busy main road. The large seaside terrace is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery, with the palm trees offering welcome shade during the heat of the day. My room was clean and spacious and the management and staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing wrong with the property, the location has rocky beach and water is not clear as like Mirissa. Traveling in and out of Mirissa would be be 15mins

This accomodation was amazing, but still there are things to improve: - wifi works only in common areas, not in room - the beds were a bit uncomfortable and pillows had a bit of moist smell (but I found this problem in majority of accomodations in Sri Lanka)

This was my favourite accomodation in Sri Lanka. The view from the room is lovely, it is located near the ocean, so you can listen to the Indian Ocean while you sleep. Everything you need is at the accomodation: restaurant, ayuverdic treatments, yoga, seaview terrace and private beach. When I was eating breakfast I saw many turtles right in front of the accomodation and when I went snorkelling I encountered turtles easily! The staff is really kind and they keep a track of your spending so that you dont need to carry wallet around all the time. Extremely nice stay!

The rooms are overall a little worn out. The pool was closed for renovations, but we had access to another one 50 meters from the hotel. Nice that this was arranged, but we would have liked to know the pool at the actual hotel was closed before booking.

Amazing location rigtht at the beach front. Super friendly and helpful staff, who gave a great service, always. Lovely restaurant with great food and good service. Rooms were clean. We started in a room where the shower did not work, and were moved to another with no issues. Great service and lovely room. We really enjoyed our stay and our evenings at the terrace of the restaurant with a great view of the sunset.

Only one plug point for charging is provided in the room and bathroom holes are opened and through which one frog came when we stayed. Also food is too expensive and no local restaurants near by for 2 km. So your food bill will come more than your room rent if you have for two times.
