The apartment was a little on the small side, and if travelling with more than 2 bags, space became a little limited. Took us a little while to check-in as the reception in the area was spotty and could not connect through to the general manager. For those who don't have local calling on their phones, it might be a little difficult. Shower pressure was also low but manageable. Walls and doors are quite thin with gaps, so you can hear pretty much everything that is going on outside the door (basically no soundproofing). Restaurant below also blaring music quite loud, can be heard into the night.

A decent apartment within a larger block. Location was good, not to far from Nuwara Eliya centre. Sits above a restaurant which seemed to have a good menu. Hosts were very flexible, I requested to change my departure date and they were fine with the change. Apartment had all amenities needed for a stay and was a 10 minute walk from a large supermarket. Check-in was ok, collected the keys from a general manager who took us up, showed us the apartment and took payment.

Bathroom floor is always wet near the commode even without using , I think there’s a leakage n should be repair

The location can be easily accessed to main attractions and there’s a restaurant in the ground floor , also room is standard and all the amenities are there too , worth for the value

It was a very nice, well maintained studio apartment with all the mentioned facilities. it was a very short stay for us (1 night) so we actually didnt have time to make full use of the amenities :) But it met our requirements, and would recommend breeze casa for a comfortable stay at NE!

None. Everything was perfect.

We basically loved the entire property. It actually exceeded our expectations. We went with 3 1/2 year old baby girl and she too loved her stay. We specially wanted to prep our meals because of the small one. We had everything what we needed to prep our meals. The property had a nice kitchen with kitchenette starting from coffee maker to rice cooker, microwave, fridge etc etc. The hot water was available at any time in the washroom. Even hot water was available in the kitchen tap. The beds were super comfortable. TV was functioning too. The staff was very friendly, approachable at any time and flexible. We all loved our stay and we will book this place whenever we visit N'eliya in future too.

There was a well-equipped kitchen, room was spacious enough. Location was not too far from the main town. Caretaker of the property was nice and helpful too.

I had visited Nuwara Eliya for a number of times before this time & only now I found where to stay for my next visit. You name it, everything met my expectations. Price is even more affordable. I stayed for two nights with my family. Mr. Upali was very helpful & even uncles who facilitated security (I didn't want them to be called as just security guards). All in all, the perfect getaway I had in Nuwara Eliya.
