The check in/out process could be improved. There isn’t someone there on arrival, you have to call and someone will come but we waited a while! But the owner was super friendly!

quite a compact room when you have a lot of luggage

Radraja was a wonderful host, extremely kind and helpful. the staff very kindly stayed up until late to meet us after our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive to the property until midnight. the room was comfortable enough with hot water and AC, but quite cramped for 2 people so best suited for a short visit. very close walk to the beach and restaurants, no need to get any transport. would stay again for a convenient pit stop on the way to/from the airport.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

We arrived after a long flight and wanted a place close to the airport so we could rest before setting off the next morning. The place was a small room off the main villa. It was clean, with air conditioning and beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for our short stay. However, the best part had to be meeting Raja the owner, what a lovely man. So friendly and helpful. He gave us some great tips for our adventure.

Very very lovely stay! The owner was so so friendly and helpful! He organised a taxi from the airport for us and met us on arrival even though it was late at night. Complimentary water and mosquito repellent plug in provided :) would highly recommend

Nothing. We loved the place.

Really recommend this place. We stayed here in March 2022 and were made to feel like we were in our own home by the owner (who does not live on site). The double bed room was modern, clean and comfortable. Good AC and modern en-suite bathroom. We had access to the kitchen to make drinks and to the laundry washing machine which was great. There are only three rooms and though there were other guests it was quiet and peaceful and had great communal area to sit and talk to other travellers. The beach is a short walk away and it is a 5 - 10 minute walk down the road to some excellent value restaurants and cafes. Grocery stores are also within easy walking distance. We rented bicycles and toured the area a little as well. The owner learnt that it was my wife's birthday whilst we were there and unprompted got her a cake to celebrate which was a lovely touch. We arrived by train from Colombo and took a 15 minute tuk-tuk ride to get to the Villa. The owner helped guests by booking late night / early AM collection for the airport. We used Uber. Get used to the sounds of the local catholic church services as they will drift evocatively in through your window twice a day.

This property is close to the airport and has clean and modern rooms which were comfortable for a night's stay. The host took good care of our needs and helped us with our travel arrangements too. Would love to stay here again.
