I thought the bed was a bit too firm, but otherwise the room was large and cozy.

Breakfast was good. Kids were happy with selection. They also enjoyed the pool facilities.

Breakfast left us wanting. Would have been nice to have plain bread to make toast. The waffles tasted good, but the syrup was horrible. Room was to be enough room for 5 people - was a little cramped with the portable bed

The air conditioner was making unusual noises which disrupted our sleep a lot.

Breakfast was good! I had scrambled eggs and a sausage patty. Nutritious offerings of other items were available.

No elevator, bed wasn’t comfy, toilet paper was not filled in our room. Hotel couldn’t apply a discount coupon when I had to pay.

Surprised we got a “suite” with a jacuzzi tub when we got there

Small parking lot. We were pulling a boat and lucky for us there were a few more empty spots, although when we left in the morning we did see that we could have parked on a side street, at lease the side street was empty when we left.

We didn't take advantage of breakfast, was glad that they found a way to still serve breakfast with covid. I liked check in. We came at night looking for a room, this lady was very helpful, friendly and pleasant, she didn't treat us like we were a inconvenience to her. She asked if we would prefer a room on first floor or second. (considerate!) I also liked it that in the bathroom, it looked like they did some touchups and looked clean. The corners were white and not dirty like some hotels. The room smelled like it was clean, I didn't notice any dust or dirt in corners. Beds were very comfortable. It was an overall very pleasant stay. We didn't need any extras, we were very tired and left in the morning. (Funny tidbit, when we left we realized we had stayed here before.)

The beds were pretty hard, but a hotel can't please everyone. The hot tub had a lot of chlorine in it, my son's eyes and skin were very irritated (no he didn't open his eyes under water).

It was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly.

The sink and tub didn’t drain well. I got the sense that it wasn’t really clean. There were big fans running in the hall trying to dry water issues (mold???).

For $200, I expected so much more than this. The lobby smells, the room was dirty, there wasn’t a pillow case on at least one of my pillows and the linens smelled odd, the shower had mold in the drain and shower head, the ice machine was broken, and they didn’t even offer body wash. I’d never stay here again.

Toilet was dirty, carpet was dirty with crumbs from something on the floor (not vacuumed), carpet was coming apart in one area by the foot of the bed and TV cabinet, and no bath towels.

Location was convenient and staff was very friendly.

The room I booked was not a reg. king room so the website was a little misleading and this was not the hotel but the booking website. I wound up with a king suite with a whirlpool more expensive room and the hotel said they couldn't change it. The receipt I received from booking website stated regular king room it did not list the whirlpool in the room. Also breakfast area small and not a lot of options

It was less well kept than usual. My dogs and i stepped in a giant puddle of spilled syrup as soon as we got there. The floor in the room was wet when we arrived And i found a condom wrapper on the floor by the bed…..

I always stay here when i come through.. which has been very frequently this summer.. its nice to have the comfort of familiarity

Getting into parking lot was strange narrow entrances. Bed was nice enough but frame was creaky when you laid on bed felt a few springs

Clean, good size rooms for the type of hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff was awesome. Quiet even though full house that weekend.
