In a beautiful setting overlooking the rice paddy fields, wonderful family. Susantha organised several trips to Sigiriya and jeep safari and also organised our onward travel.

Nothing, everything was great

Great guest house with a really big room, a nice mosquite net on the bed and the greatest bathroom during my whole sri lanka trip. The hotel is in a very quiet area and you can easily walk to the city within 5min. The owners made a great take-away breakfast for us because we left already at 4:30 in the morning.

The room was so spacious and the bed was really comfortable! We enjoyed the tent like mosquito net! There was hot water which was also unexpected. The location is good just tucked behind the road so that it's quiet with beautiful views of the countryside. The owners helped us with taxis and also were so kind to let us back into our room after check out to shower as we had just climbed Sigiria rock and afterwards we were traveling to Kandy. The breakfast was also great!

Everything exceeded our expectations, really nice staff. Food was delicious. Calm and quiet neighborhood even though it's the city center. Room was spacious and clean.

There is no dinner at the property, but that wasn't a problem, because the main street with all the restaurants, shops and supermarkets (where you can buy food and drinks) is just about 5 mins on foot from the hotel.

The room was clean, comfy beds and a small kitchenette. The location is perfect - a few steps from the main street, but it is really quiet with a nice garden. The breakfast is very good: big portions, tasty dishes both local and Western - the breakfast is served in a beautiful room with a small fish pond. There is a parking right at the entrance, and they can also provide a stay for your driver. The family who run the place are very nice.

Huge room with fridge, sink and tea/coffee facilities. The host was very welcoming and helpful, preparing a breakfast for our 6am start to Sigriya Rock. Nice private terrace with seating. Good location close to shops, restaurants and the cave temple. The breakfast is very generous and the hosts made our stay very enjoyable. We found the bed very comfortable. There was even a mini first aid kit in the room. Would definitely stay here again.

The Wifi is slow but I guess its the same like everywhere in this area.

Nice family business, great lavish breakfast. The son Susantha offers cab services and is also a good guide. We really enjoyed our visit. Good place if you want tot visit Sigiriya ( Rock Temple, Lion Rock ).

It was a chore going out for dinner as we had had a tiring day, but we found an excellent restaurant very close, so it wasn't too bad!

We landed up at this family-run hotel a little late and it took us a few minutes to get someone to attend to us. Once we had moved in, we were very leased with the excellent mosquito net! The room was spacious and the attached bathroom met our expectations although we did wish there were some hooks to hang clothes inside the bathroom. The hotel had no catering arrangements but at our request, the lady of the house conjured up an excellent breakfast the next morning. In fact, she was so friendly, that we ended up exchanging notes about our families! All said it was a very welcoming hotel and we had a good night's rest. For it's price it was very good!

Two small frogs in the bathroom but the accomodation is in the nature, so that is fine!

The location is right in the middle of town, but down a long driveway meaning you are away from traffic and noise. A paradise in the city. Even went bird watching in the morning. A delight.

Veranda overgrown with plants, need some cutting urgently. Mosquito net is cage like. Employees pressured to take a took and go and see caves NOW in a rather intrusive way.
