The position was not so good as there was quite a walk into the main part of Mirissa ans you had to go to Mirissa beaches to swim as the currents and rock behind the hotel made it dangerous to swim

Moved form a room only to this place as wanted food onsite and drinks and a pool. Very adequate if a bit tired. Food was ok. Lovely walk along the beach but not possible to swim

the harbour was dirty a lot of plastic in the water.

we eat the best fish!!! nice beach. we went whit the boot to spot the dolphins. we saw a few! the organization on the boot was really good!

The quality of the mattress could be improved, also the pool was bit small.

The property opens directly to the beach. It's walkable distance from Coconut hill. The staff is sweet, courteous and helpful.

The hotel is pretty run down - we had significant holes in both the bathroom and the bedroom roof, which leaked during the multiple storms that happened during our stay. We were given a bucket to catch the dripling water.

The pool was nice, and the rooms were big and the beds were comfortable, with working AC and mosquito nets.

A good hotel. there is a beach next to the hotel. it is rocky hence, not suitable for sea bathing. staff is polite and courteous. very close to the famous coconut hill

Clean and cozy rooms with sea view right on a secluded section of the beach with a pool. Delicious food (especially the Sri Lankan breakfast!) and exceptional service from the team. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The staff weren't helpful mostly, with the odd exception of the lady who greeted me. Also, the WiFi in my room was non-existent.

Had to take a very narrow road. Hotel needs a renovation. Doesn't look nice as the pictures. Food and drinks are overpriced and the menu is listed in USD. Didn't have a safety deposit box as mentioned either.

Bathroom was clean and had a lot of space. Checked in early as well. Room is clean and nice Staff was friendly.

Everything was great! It starts with a warmfull welcoming from the staff which is super friendly, then the location right by the beach is perfect to relax and walk. Facilities are working well even if it's not brand new. We just had everything we needed : swimming pool, air conditioning, comfortable bed with mosquito net, quiet garden with hamac, good location just a few minutes walking from the coconut tree hill and most of all, very helpful and nice staff. We were particularly displeased with the advertisement stating that the beach is very close, whereas it is rocky and it is not possible to walk along the beach to Coconut Hill or Marissa Beach. Access is only via a very busy road, where you must take a tuk-tuk or taxi in any case. During breakfast, we asked for an extra slice of pineapple for the children, which was eventually charged an additional $15 at check-out. At 7:30 PM, it was no longer possible to get dinner, despite the kitchen being advertised as open until 10 PM. The entrance doors to the rooms are glass, so when someone turns on the lights in the hallway, the room is fully illuminated. I strongly advise against staying at this accommodation.

In this accommodation, we were extremely disappointed with all the services.

The only negative I can find is that the building needs a bit of a revamp/re-decorating - but it’s priced accordingly.

Perfect location right on the beach front, warm and friendly staff. Fantastic value for money! Will definitely return next year. Thank you to the lovely team 🙏.
