We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaThe apartment has a small room inside where external air conditioning units are located. They are quite noisy and radiate heat. There is only rice and curry buffet dinner. And the breakfast wasn't really good.
The hotel has a good location. It makes a good first impression. The staff is very professional, friendly and ready to help. It has a good value for that money.

Perfectly located in between Dambula and Sigiriya. So great if you want to visit both sites from a single hotel. it is also well located if you want to do a safari in one of the nearby national parks

United KingdomThe room we were given had ants and so we requested to move. The second room had fruit flies. Plus, the shower didn't give hot water on one night. And breakfast was rubbish. Apart from eggs ordered from the kitchen and some fresh fruit, everything else was inedible - tasteless and cold (from the buffet)
Location - was ideal for visiting Sigiriya etc.
