The hotel and the grounds were beautiful, and everyone was so nice! We were there on our honeymoon, and were even given a free upgrade into the gorgeous presidential suite. The pool had an amazing view and the food was delicious. We would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to anyone traveling through Kandy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Elegant Hotel with my family, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were very attentive and very helpful with all our requirements. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was really tasty as well. Overall, I would highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and excellent service make it the perfect choice for a getaway.

We were absolutely amazed. It is a hotel were everything was as it should be. It is one of the best hotels we have ever been. The room was big, the beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. If we discussed something within our family, the next moment we had it. They even brought a TV to the restaurant only because we wanted to watch the football world championship. The food was great, they had a variety of local and international food. And it is fresh as it comes from the hotel’s vegetable garden, which I had the possibility to visit. We were treated like best friends or family members, and we really recommend this hotel for your stay near the Kandy area.

The way to the hotel up the hill may seem a bit challenging.

I’ve never met so openhearted people. They helped us to cope all the problems, did everything to make our stay hopeless and calm. If you want to stay at a quiet place, surrounded by good people willing to help you not for money, but “just because” there is no better place then this. The hotel is very cozy and clean with lots of greens. Our room was spacious with an A/C, ceiling fan, teapot and TV. There was a beautiful view on the mountains from one side and the swimming pool from the other. Try the mixed fried rice and mixed noodles on the menu. The portion is enough to share 👌🏼 The hotel and all services are at the reasonable price! You’ll never regret your choice

Exceptional Hotel, location and staff. The hotel is set on top of small hill with beautiful 360 degrees views. The rooms are modern and spacious, spotlessly clean. The food is fresh perfectly presented and tastes great. The staff are great very helpful and pleasant. Wish we had stayed longer. We are planning our next Sri Lanka trip for Feb/March next year and will be returning to this beautiful hotel for a longer stay. Thank You

Kinda was expecting more from the hotel’s facilities... In general, all around, including the building itself, looked outdated. Be cautious that the walls in the room are quite thin, so if you are a sensitive sleeper, better bring earplugs.

This hotel is located out of Kandy city in a calm neighborhood. The staff was pleasant & friendly. Also, special thanks to the culinary team, the food was absolutely delightful! The room was quite spacious.

The price is very fair. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Very calm and nice music. Very nice people and the owner is such a gentleman and very helpful. The place is stunning. The view is breathtaking.
