We are very happy that we chose this accommodation in Sigiriya. Here we found a cozy and peaceful background for our trips in this area. Spacious clean room. A beautiful garden full of flowers and also the pool. Rich breakfast. The owner and other staff were very nice and helped us with everything we needed. They advised us when to go see the main local tourist spots and also where to go and see outside the main tourist spots. Thank you.

Fantastic staff , warm welcome and gave us lots of advice . They helped plan all our activities ( the safari we went on was excellent with a fantastic guide ) .and our transfers . Lovely pool with towels supplied which was a great bonus after being out in the heat . Our favourite hotel during our stay , would definitely recommend staying here .

the garden, the pool, the room, the team, the breakfast, everything was superb. One morning, we took a trip to Lion Rock and informed our hosts that we wanted to have breakfast later. He picked up some bananas to take along for the excursion so we wouldn't get hungry.

The staff are lovely. We were able to book a transfer from the airport directly through the hotel along with some great drivers throughout our stay in sigiriya. The room is spacious and clean and in a fantastic location, just a short walk to some grest resurants and the entrance to lions rock.

Fantastic place within easy walking distance of Sigariya Lion Rock. The accommodation is modern, clean and well maintained with comfortable beds and large spacious rooms. The pool is just perfect after a long morning walking in the local area and the staff are so helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits, eggs and local pancakes and rotis - I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Sigiriya.

The accommodation is superb, the room is spacious with a huge private balcony. There is a decent size swimming pool which is great to cool down in after a day of visiting the local sites. The staff here are the real stand out though, nothing is too much trouble. They organised tuk tuks to Lion Rock for 5am climb to beat the heat and Pidunrangala for the sunset and a transfer to Kandy our next destination. Breakfast is a delight with a mix of Sri Lankan and western food and delicious local fruit and juice. We didn’t eat dinner at the restaurant as there are a number of local options. Try Kenoli restaurant just up the road, it has some of the best Sri Lankan food I’ve had on this trip. Can’t fault il Frangipane, it is an exceptional and peaceful place with amazing and friendly service

The pool could be more clean. And at lunch time it could have a few options for those who stay at the pool. The bed pillows could also be better.

Great place for the style, quietness, friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and large, nice swimming pool, and very good family restaurants 2 mn walk. The juice fruits are delicious. Great atmosphere. I was travelling with my 13 years old son and we both loved the place.

Thank you for a beautiful stay it was tranquillity to escape from the heat! From the time of arrival to departure, we felt so welcomed into the hotel by all staff. Our children especially loved spending our 2 days by the pool. The hotel is in a fantastic location to everything in Sigiriya, grounds well kept & maintained and has some lovely options for food close by, especially Liya 😋 ! Thank you for such a wonderful stay - don't hesitate to book to stay here!

This is the one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff and service they provide is like a 5 star hotel. They helped us organise x2 transfers as well as plan our day hiking and arrange a tuktuk driver. The pool was amazing to relax in after a big morning of hiking. A special shout out to the staff so friendly and helpful - they also brought us delicious juices and took the time to point out some do the friendly wildlife that visited the hotel. The breakfast was excellent - a great spread of fruit, eggs, different breads, and a smoothie. If you come to Sri Lanka you need to stay at this hotel!

Great staff & location, right off the main road in Sigiriya. We stayed one night to do a sunrise hike to Pidurangala Rock (organised for a couple euros through third party but staff also offers to arrange transport there). Lion Rock is also really close. Room was enormous (the two of us stayed in a three-bed as that was the only room available, we booked late) and clean. Spacious bathroom as well. Nice pool & breakfast. Two highly-rated restaurant options next door (we went to Liya) Would recommend!

The rooms a large, modern and very comfortable. The garden is very nice and has a pool. The personell is very helpful and does a great job. Also the food we enjoyed. The Lion Rock is just around the corner and can be reached in 5 minutes by TucTuc. The price is moderate for what you get. We hope to come back some day.

Signage could be a little better but is good enough. Struggling to find anything bad to say about this place or it's staff as it was all so good.

Everything. The property was lovely with landscaped grounds, a nice pool and a quaint restaurant area. Pool towels quickly appeared on request. Staff were excellent - very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond good service. Although they were all young they could teach others what good service really is! Tea and coffee were free in the restaurant area. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Location for Sigiriya was absolutely fantastic. Suggestion would be not to go to the small strip of restaurants on the main road but try local places to the B&B. We should also have asked if they cooked dinner at our place but didn't.
