Amazing hotel if you are looking for a place close to the airport. By far the cleanest place I stayed at with beautiful rooms.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The whole hotel is very nicely decorated. The location is good as it's short walking distance from restaurants, shops and the beach, 30 min drive to the airport. We asked last minute if we could check-out late as we had a late flight and they were very accommodating, they allowed us to keep the room until we left for the airport. Charged a reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would visit again if we return to Negombo.

Great breakfast with a wide variety of western and Sri Lankan options. Room and bathroom very clean. Bed linen, towels white and clean. Great deco in the lobby and eating area. Good location, friendly staff.

Our stay in J Leaf Hotel Negombo was amazing. The room was spicy, modern and clean. The location was fine and very close to the beach. The staff so nice and helpful and the breakfast delicious. Overall we were absolutely satisfied.

plumbing can be better, but its a new place, and the staff are very proactive to get everything fixed.

J Leaf far exceeded my expectations. Fantastic team running the property, who are so caring and concerned to make your stay memorable. Had a wonderful traditional breakfast and overall very impressed with the new facilities and quality of the rooms. would definitely go back and stay here.

The workers were very nice and friendly! Location was good and it was very clean. Service was great! They were very helpful and playful with my son. They would take him while we ate breakfast and always greet us outside and help us! A very family friendly place!

Wonderful family-run boutique hotel near the beach. It’s just off the main tourist street but wonderfully located close to restaurants and shops. It’s also close to the Bandaranaike International Airport (approx. 12 kms). They provide a great breakfast which is buffet style and varied between Sri Lankan and Western cuisine. The food was good. The service provided was amazing as well. It’s a clean comfortable little hotel for a short and/or a long-term stay.

The hotel is new with spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. The owner and his family are directly involved in all the operations ensuring that all the needs of their guests are met. They were really helpful with everything from transport to miscellaneous other things we needed during our stay.

Overall experience was ok.
