The poolside and gardens abutt lush paddy fields. It has just 40 odd rooms. The packed breakfast for the early morning safari departure. Reasonably priced dinner buffet

Awesome swimming pool and restaurant area. The view over the rice field is so beautiful.

We couldn't have breakfast in the hotel after the safari although it was only 9.30 when we returned.

We liked all the rest, except for the breakfast possibilities.

The staff stared quite a lot and wouldn't really leave you alone - they were obviously only trying to make sure we had the best experience, but it was actually too much. Even while eating they would keep coming up and asking if you were ok etc.

The location was perfect, lovely and clean rooms, staff were attentive. Beautiful pool and eating area.

We had a noice problem in the room at the upper floor from the roof, first night we have not slept. They laughed about it and for them the problem was solved without nothing to do

We had to wait quite a long time for our rooms and it would be preferable if they had a lift ( elevator) even though there were only 2 floors.

Only negative was that although dinner was a buffet, the selection seemed to be quite limited.

Lovely resort. Very clean and great swimming pool. Staff were very helpful, and the rooms very big. The staff made us breakfast for our 5am starts for safari and that was lovely. We did not explore outside of the hotel as we were there for the safari at Yala National Park only. Overall, would recommend!

the glass in the bathroom was bad installed and we accidentally broke the glass. the staff demanded a lot of money for repairs

the quiet location and uninterrupted view onto the fields here make it very peaceful. the rooms are clean and cute and give that safari feeling. they also think a bit more sustainably with paper straws and cardboard safari breakfast boxes

It’s old fashioned, toilet seat was yellowish color, and not steady, also the bathroom had mold on the linings, soap and shampoo was half filled and had bits of pieces I didn’t recognize.. it needs a touch up. Also, for hotel with this price I would expect all fans to work and not only one at the lobby and one in the restaurant. The heat is very difficult for tourists and it should get more attention than giving a cold wet towel at the entrance. Food at the restaurant was ok.

Very kind and friendly staff! Also they made an effort for the room to be clean and service is outstanding.

The pool is significantly smaller than what appears in the pictures; food was mediocre, to say the least, both in choices (mostly Indian cuisine) as well as quality. The staff definitely needs some training . Only benefit of the location is the relative proximity to Yalla park (40 min drive). The family room suggests it can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child but that is true only if the child is 5year old or smaller as it will need to be accommodated on a very small side couch. We were a family of 4 with 2 kids 7 &9 and ended up sharing a double bed joined up with an extra bed.

Nothing everything was perfect..

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a lovely tea. Very warm welcome from the staff. Mr Charma was there everyday to make sure we were happy. Exceptional service . Thank you. Janitha was great too serving us drinks. . Best hotel we stayed at so far.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. Food was great. Room was better than I expected. Amenities were great (loved the ayurvedic products). We stayed for a single night as a transit hotel, we haven't had much expectations but it ended up blowing our minds. Great value for money as well.

It would be so much better if the hotel arrange for a bigger board with the name & the details as it was kind of hard to find.

Loved the calm & peaceful environment. The staff is so friendly & sweet. The Sri Lankan food served was amazing & loved the room & the facilities provided. Will surely be back for another stay.
