Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyWe had only one night and arrived in the evening quite late because of the transfer day by a driver. It was all very clean and friendly reception by Chalana and Isuru who contacted us about booking/whatapp. Food and beverage ist just 500m down the hill.

New ZealandNo breakfast or meals, so be prepared to eat our. Though I took my own tea and the caretaker was friendly and happy for me to make my own hot drinks.
Bedroom and bed linen super comfy. Very clean and.loys of shared spaces if.lots.of.peopke are there. An easy enough ealk there and ba k to the centre.

SpainThe house is very cute and I had the best room, with a comfortable bed and a bathtub! Very spacious and bright. Living room and other common spaces like the terrace are very nice. It’s great that you can use the kitchen with fridge, microwave and kettle. Unfortunately there is no breakfast option. It’s located up the hill which gives a peaceful atmosphere and it’s only a 10min walk to town where you have great food options.

FranceLovely stay in this beautiful place, it felt always fresh inside and never too cold at night, perfect balance. Idealy located 10 mins walk from the main bus station, yet you won't feel you're near the crowd, which is very nice. The forest is just behind. The kitchen is here for you to use, which is great, such a great value for the price, will come again

Sri LankaMagnolia Hideout is located in a beautiful area near the town of Nuwara Eliya. Most of its furniture is made of wood and has a very spectacular mountain view. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff at Magnolia Hideout is friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to the house manager, Mr. Patrick, and the housekeeper, Mr. Chalana. I highly recommend Magnolia Hideout to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya.
