We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It is a beautiful lodge in a beautiful location, 10 minutes walking distance from city center and near some nice eateries. Clean, green, big enough for groups (I travel with 12/13 people each time) with enough twin rooms. Nice restaurant and breakfast.

India1. Housekeeping forgot to do our rooms despite us having asked the Reception to have them done, when we left in the morning. 2. The normal single and double rooms are perched on top on the second floor reachable only by stairs. We were three of us including my Senior Dad and it can be hard for Seniors to climb up to the 2nd floor.
Beautiful heritage property. Well located. Lovely gardens. Big and beautiful old trees. Very nice people. Always polite, smiling and obliging. Brilliantly photogenic property, especially in the early morning winter sun.

Sri LankaWe were so well taken care of at Mirage. They treated us with so much generosity. They lit a fire for us when they don't normally because of our special request and made our stay so comfortable and always helpful and kind. They gave me flowers in a vase for our 20th Anniversary and Congratulations given by all staff. Definitely recommend this place for the historical and beautiful location it is and wonderful staff.

United Statesrooms are quite old, the hot tub was out of service. The club house is nice but you are charged to play pool by the hour. We were only there for 1 night so it wasn’t a huge deal, probably will stay elsewhere next time.
