This is the nicest lodge i stayed in my whole trip in Sri Lanka. Not too expensive but the view from our balcony is more than enough to cover the room amount we paid. You'll wake up with the Nine Arch Bridge and feel the nature from already. The breakfast was super good, the melon shake must try. Hehehe! Also the view while having breakfast is superb. The houst also is very kind to pick and drop us in the road since we need to ride the tuktuk to reach the lodge. Highly recommended.

I loved this hotel so much! Great option for those who don’t want to stay in busy city of Ella. The breakfast terrace with bridge view was stunning! all greenery and mountains around! Great starting point for Little Adams Peak.

Access to the property is generally good, but with a van/car can be a little tight. You might need to get a tuk tuk from the junction to take you up to the lodge itself.

I actually booked this room for my Dad and his partner to stay in. My dad has walking difficulties (he's 80), so for a mountainous area of Sri Lanka it was nice for him to be given a room that didn't require him to negotiate any stairs. The room was nice, well kept, clean and spacious. The views were breath-taking from the private Balcony and a perfect vantage point for dad to enjoy the views of the nine arm bridge. Sumethra was the person looking after the place, she was pleasant, helpful and looked after dad. All in all a really lovely stay. Perfectly located for a 10 minute walk down to the nine arch bridge itself.

A small, simple and comfortable family run hotel, delivers exactly what it says on the can! Woke up to absolutely stunning, unobstructed views of the 9 Arch bridge including a train passing by! The breakfast with a view was very good. The location is very convenient and only a 5 minute walk to the bridge. The lady managing the place is very hospitable and polite.

Holy moly, this place was great. Our room had an amazing view and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good and the view from the cafe was also amazing. It was a little far from the town center but in a very good location to walk to the bridge from. Such good value for what we paid. The woman who ran the place was a little quiet and shy but was very very kind.

I wish they served lunch and dinner too. We had gone for the Little Adam;s peak trail that day and it was raining also, We were in no mood to go out to eat but since the stay does not offer meals we had to go. This would be an good addition for other travellers.

Oh the room and the view is breathtaking, I just loved it. The view of bridge as well as the entire jungle is just amazing. Rooms are amazing. The entire property is nice, you can sinply just stay there doing nothing. Breakfast was also great. The walk to bridge is also convenient - only 10-15 minutes. We reached there early morning to get pics done because we stayed here.

It’s set within nature so expect a few stray bugs in the room. I didn’t have WiFi access (I didn’t ask as was not a problem as had a sim). It’s a short trek from the main road but I believe a tuk tuk can be arranged with the owner. However in the morning/daytime it was not an issue to walk up and downhill to the main view/photo point and to walk to the bridge. But I suggest bring a flashlight for night time trek into Ella town

Very nice clean accommodation set high within the beautiful natural mountain scenery. The room had a large wrap around balcony with a great view of the nine arch bridge. Room had all your basic req. it was a good size with a small fridge Bathroom shower was hot. Loved the beautiful artwork outside each apartments door and lovely gardens of the home stay which had amazing views Staff were friendly and so accommodating and made me a packed lunch for a 5am day trip. Breakfast was abundant and delicious and it was amazing to have my first breakfast of the New Year in the dining area that had a great view of the bridge.

Nothing to not like. Just a note - Its not touching the main road. it's a 3-4 min walk. They send their tuk-tuk also to get you there. If you have come by a car, you have to park there (quite a few vehicles parked outside, so space is not an issue.

The location is amazing. Direct view of 9 arches bridge. We did not even go down to the bridge.

It's a home stay, so you need to do things yourself mostly. It has small front yard so if you have vehicle with you it will be hard to reverse. We had a car and it was very challenging. Bathroom towels were not in good condition.

Nothing to dislike as such. However, I would recommend upgrading bed linen.

It's a great view of the nine arch bridge. You can see far across the mountains and it is just breath taking and very peaceful. The room itself is good, clean for Sri Lankan standards. Had hot water shower and it was really good. The owner and his wife both looked after us well and breakfast was really good.
