The staff is very friendly, care taking and always available to support with anything. Thank you! Very nice pool on the roof top. Very good breakfast with a lot of different choices available. Also the dinner buffet is very good, with local and international possibilities.

The food could have been better. Feedback from all was it was a little bit hit and miss, generally it lacked a bit of salt. Main thing I would say is to please please display more Sri Lankan food so others may learn. Have the bacon eggs and sausage, but don’t hide the chicken curry or the watallapan.

I didn't have a hair dryer in my room and i took me 3 phone calls to get one as I had to rush to check out. Room cleaning should check and make sure that all items are in the room.

An iron would have helped and somewhere to put your bags. No hanging space - the wardrobe (?) is in the bathroom which is a bit weird.

Decent breakfast. Nice rooftop pool and gym. Friendly staff and a good experience overall. Good welcome on arrival.

Short tuk tuk ride to the main area. Roof top pool was nice and had lovely views. Breakfast was also nice with a variety of choices.

Beautiful rooftop bar overlooking the city with a pool, loungers and sometimes live music. Very friendly staff that put us in touch with a local tour operator to get us last minute tickets for the Landry to Ella train, waterfalls and plantations. Amazing array of local and continental options for breakfast - probably the best we had in our two week stay.

Quite overpriced , the roof pool is nothing more than a glorified bath tub. Only 2 lifts to serve the whole hotel

Security guards helped tuk tuk’s try to scam and overcharge us. When trying to book tuk tuk’s on pick me app, security kept questioning where we were going and started speaking in their language to the tuk tuk driver who always seem to be parked outside the hotel. For the price we paid for the room we expected that staff would be helping prevent us from getting scammed by these but it was the opposite which was quite disappointing. These tuk tuk drivers charge over double what the apps do and can be very intimidating.

Comfy beds, big rooms with a lovely view and in a good location. Pool area was also nice! Breakfast had lots of options for everyone and reception staff and wait staff at breakfast were all lovely.

A young member of staff at restaurant was very rude and mention Manager orders, because I was at restaurant only with breakfast included in my booking… and I answer that restaurant is open to all and of course I would pay for my dinner… when asked to talk to the manager he said that he never mention the manager… so I paid immediately even without finishing dinner and just left. of course the day after I found another option for dinner.

Clean room with balcony and air con. View of the lake. Gym is small, but adequate. Bar food was very nice. Very comfortable stay for one night. Liked it was away from the town centre and away from the noise.

The hotel seems quite modern but some renovation should be taken under consideration. The carpet floors are in their ages.

The close location to city centre, nice view over Lake Kandy.

Nothing much to complain about. The food menu is a bit limited. Since we have stayed there repeatedly it become a bit tiring to eat same food.

The location is convenient with easy access to the town. The staff recognised as a repeat guest and accorded us extra courteous service. Will stay again when next time in Kandy.

Though the hotel in personable is very good in rooms space, furnitures and other facilities wise, but poor in hygiene, cleanness, the bathroom need attention, the cleaning staff need supervision.

We stayed here when this hotel was called Ozo. There have been minimal (if any) changes to the rooms, yet the price is higher.

The view from the rooftop is beautiful! The staff are also very kind and welcoming. There's also a great little pizza place within walking distance.
