I’ve been booked for 9 peoples, confirmed 3 rooms but the owner given us only 2 rooms. Free breakfast mentioned on the page but the owner didn’t give it location and room cleanness good

Rooms,bathrooms,service ,cleanness and maintanance all were inadequate. Everytime 3-4 rats were running everywhere including the kitchen. Couldn't have enough sleep due to disturbance from the rats running inside the ceiling. Room did't clean well and blanckets and bedsheets were full of dust. Bathroom was horrible, and didn't even clean before handover to us. Hot water was not working adequately. Free wifi was not available as mentioned. In the google they mention as a 3 star hotel but that place not even closer to that.

When we arrived at the hotel, the owner told us they were overbooked. We showed him the comfirmation email but that didn't change anything. We went to another house the owner suggested but there was no hot water, no heaters, no proper toilet and bathroom even though the owner told us it was a nice house. We had to pay for the extra transportion as well as the cost of the house, which was way more than it should have been for a small shack. In the end, we lost a lot of money and we were very disappointed.

We didn't get to see much the property since it was night and the hotel was overbooked.

The property needs ground up renovation. The booking.com image needs to be updated. Every room is dusty, including bed sheets and blankets. The pillows were nasty, they just covered it up with pillow sheet, the inside pillow was mole up black and fill with saliva. Basically the room, bedsheets, blankets, and pillows look/feel/experience like it was never clean. I didn’t check it when I got there and go straight to sleep to take a rest. My full body was itchy after waking up. During night you could hear mice fighting or having rough s*x. It feels somewhat haunted with how dusty and rundown the place is. We couldn’t sleep all night

The owner had given the apartment to another group by the time we arrived at the property. They said booking confirmation through the Booking.com is not enough for them to reserve an accommodation. Had to spend a significant time to find another accommodation. Ruined the whole vacation for us and makes the booking.com website and the app useless.

Clealiness ;replacing broken things,need more maintenace of bathroom.rooms are very bad and smelly

Wosh room were untidy and smelly and even broken and even having waste.room was full with dust and unclean curtain.The drag near wosh room was wet and not replaced.There was a broken cloth haging rack which fallen to my spouse which was rusted and broken leg.Not recommended at all to anyone. The pictures in the property was totally different ;no maintenance

The place ha a nice view the owner is very nice and kind, he gave us free breakfast and dinner and show us the top balcony where we can see the whole city. Absolutely stunning ! I would diffinetly recommend the place .

The place was not clean with dirty carpets, bedsheets, and towels. also didn't provide soap. The bathroom heater not working properly. Worst experience ever. wrong featuring information provided to me, please don’t go to this place. poor staff ever.
