I have nothing wrong to say about it, for me there's nothing to improve as they already worked on every point to help you having the best experience possible

This place was far away better that all I could expect, really ! Guys are giving such a warm welcome, all their best to make you feel home ! Really helpful and with a good state of mind. I'v just spent 2 nights there but it was absolutely delicious : the hosts, the good and large breakfasts, the cleaning, the matress (the best I had by now on my months journey), the shared areas with brand new and comfortabe stuffs). The only thing I was worrying about as seen on a preview was the distance to the city, but even for that, a 10 minutes walk is ok.

Nice private room, quiet location on large road, but away from city center noise. Being in Nuwara Eliya was a welcome break from heat! Comfortable bed, room had a small table with two chairs and a sofa bed. Nice that the wall socket had two USB ports. Large spacious bathroom with great hot water. Nice western breakfast of fruit, omelette and toast. We hiked to Single Tree Hill and to Lover’s Leap Waterfall from the house. Haran the host spoke excellent English and his multicultural background enables him to be super welcoming. When he offered to cook dinner for us, I asked to watch his preparations and spent a delightful two hours learning about making curries, as well as learning more about the culture. Dinner was an excellent value as the portions were generous and food was freshly prepared.

Personal preference would have been privacy curtains on the dorm bed and just needed to keep topped up with toilet paper, but still enjoyed my stay and have recommend to others!

Lovely little stay out of the centre so nice and quiet. House was nice and clean, host was really nice and nice sitting room area. Breakfast was great too.

Nothing to dislike

The 6 bed dorm had big comfy beds and big lockers. Breakfast was great, also greeted with a coffee and cake on arrival. Good location, walkable to the town centre. Bus easy to catch from the road outside the hostel. But the best bit was the staff - I left something there by accident and they arranged for a courier to deliver it at a future hostel. So kind and helpful. Would recommend to everyone 💕

Nothing - all good

I had such a lovely stay at this place, I stayed an extra night :) the rooms are peaceful and comfortable with big lockers and amazing hot showers (best shower I’ve had in Sri Lanka), perfect after a cold hike or long journey. What makes is place special is definitely the hosts - they are so welcoming and kind, I felt at home and very well looked after - they helped me arrange transport to Horton plains and made me a breakfast for the hike, and arranged dinner for me when I was disorganised… As a solo traveller I really enjoyed the company of the other nice guests and Haran, I can only recommend this place

Personally, I liked the host so much! So welcoming and very helpful with everything. The distance to everything was very nice and you could walk almost everywhere, just remember that it gets very cold at night. Our room was very big and ve had a nice bathroom too. The breakfast was amazing and we got fresh fruit every morning with eggs and toast.

The people who work there are so helpfull and really nice. My close got so wet of the rain when I walked to World's End, even my phone stopped working. They tried to help me with my phone, and even. try to dry my close with a hairdryer when I came back (there was no other option, but it worked). Because of the weather it was a bit cold in my room, but they have a thick blanket. Shower was clean and warm. Breakfast was good and more then enough. Also made me a breakfast on the go for the hike to World's End.

Very nice staff and fun to discuss with them. They were very helpful and felt very welcome right away. Home-kind of feeling. Harin makes really good food! :) Location is also very nice and calm. Definetly Better for me than in busy city center.

This place is amazing! Breakfast was the best, location is great and it is super clean. There's hot water and kitchen to use (super clean as well). Too bad I had no time for cooking class, I'd love to lean how to prepare great sri lankan breakfast :) next time!

I really liked the place, the rooms were clean and the washrooms were very clean as well. The bed was comfortable and yes the the breakfast. That was amazing. They will feed you till you are totally full. The owner and the staff are very nice. Totally loved it
