I didn't like anything First the management is not good very very poor and the time keeping is very very careless and the system they had very loose less and not workers good no wifi facilities and time keeping was very bad I went there with my wife Colombo to kallady at 3 o clock morning but the management guy said your booking is not confirm but I showed him everything I had about booking confirmation and also I asked him is any room available but he said get out on that time it means at 3 o clock morning and I went out with the same auto I came there and I was waiting for the review to give you But I am sorry for this review the guy who told me your booking is not confirm that's the management and the system wrong so keeping watching it carefully and do it well And One more thing I also came there for an interview so sorry for my review

The church on the other side of the lake,with their loud speakers,but christians harassing people it is not new to this country and everywhere.

The location is amazing,the most beautiful place I saw in Batti,in front of the lake,with tall trees,animals around,and a very nice pool to drink your coconuts.

Series of different buildings in palm-shaded grounds. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was good and plentiful and the pool is gorgeous. They rented me a bike, which made it easier to look around the town. Basic room was pretty basic and quite dated/classic, but I liked it.

We stayed in a couple room with a lake view. The room is very small and cramped being set within a shipping container. The bed was not the comfiest and the sheets were stained. The toilet and sink in the bathroom were clean but the shower cubicle is dingy and mouldy and the shower head was very unpleasant. Whilst the room is set in lush green surroundings there are also multiple domestic animals around E.g chickens/roosters which make a lot of noise in the early hours and wake you up. We partially picked this property to stay because of the pool but the pool water was murky and had litter floating in it so we did not get in. Around the pool there was only 2 sun beds and only one had a cushion on it. The food tasted good, however unfortunately it takes a very long time to get it no matter what you order and you don’t have many/any local alternatives to try instead of the restaurant in the facility. We waited 1 hour 15 in the morning for a fruit plate and pancakes which were cold. We had Biriyani both nights, the first night took 45 minutes, the next night took over an hour and a half. They do say on check in that it is around a 40 minute wait for food but this was constantly exceeded. The reception staff are nice and helpful but the restaurant staff are disorganised - forgetting drinks orders or seating you at a table and then waiting 20 minutes before bringing you a menu. on one occasion we felt actively uncomfortable when there were 3 staff around our table asking us questions and laughing at any answers we gave. The Wi-Fi only reaches the restaurant also and barely worked throughout our two night stay. All in all I’m afraid this was a really disappointing experience for us. We have been in Sri Lanka 6 weeks now and understand the country is having real difficulty with the economic crisis and problems this poses but even allowing for this the hotel was not good.

It was an amazing stay. The Manager Mr. Pratheeban and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable.. The resort was lovely located . Beautiful garden and great food . Great stay . I recommend for the nice stay !!

Very nice room with a view for the river. Clean and spacious. Staff helpfull. Food also quite nice. The owner was very interested person, we talk with him an hour or so about quite everything.

Eco aspect of resort, layout of grounds, greenery, veg garden, pool and the eagles. The ducks are fab and fun. The model railway is brilliant!

The Pool was very clean and had a Jacuzzi as well. We enjoyed the stay very much though it was not for a long time. I'm sure the meals must be exceptional too though we could not get any since we had a tight schedule. Walking distance to the Kallady beach. The staff was friendly and the best thing was when we left our camera tripod behind which was indeed valuable to us. They found it 3 days later and called us to inform. It was very kind of them. Recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation.

This resort was lovely located, along the lagoon, close to batticaloa interesting points. Beautiful garden, pool and great food (order one hour before as they recommend and it's perfect !). The room was confortable with hot water and fan. Great stay, i recommend !

They didnt redeem my 10% of genius discount by total room charge. Sonar at pool not activated and no staff available near the pool to get any help.

Very clean. Calm and quiet. Reccomend for stay. One of a best place in baticalo.
