Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

MaldivesThe room size is very small, water pressure is very low, and Towel have bad smell, Arrival time, they kept 01 water bottle (500ml) after there is no drinking water. Note: In the booking.com site, it was mentioned everyday will do room cleaning. But I stayed 4 nights, and the housekeeping team didn't come to clean my room in that period.

Sri LankaBreakfast provided (not included to the room, we preferred western breakfast) was way below expectations, and we may not try it the next time. The particular room had a concrete column obstructing our movements, and we will not take that room again. There were many other rooms without this obstruction.
Availability of a supermarket in the same building is definitely a plus. Several food options are there in addition to the in-house service. All in all, we like it and will certainly stay there again.

I really liked the location. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Dinner was delicious and had a good portion size. Unlike many other hotels , the pub was functional. Has a dedicated supermarket where you can buy essentials.

Sri LankaThe main drawback and the most importantly I should mention this for anyone looking forward to book this hotel, check the door locks and windows 1st! The bathroom lock was broken in the room and I didn’t request another room because I was staying alone but, it was around 11pm when I realized that the bathroom window lock is broken too (1st I thought it is a sealed window) and it was just closed and anyone could easily open it! It was no time to call room service and then I had to call over my mother to stay with me (my parents were on another room) We were utterly disappointed by this! Other thing is rooms are very compact. Fully packed with the furniture.
Great location and easy to access for groceries and meals even if your booking not included meals. Bathrooms and bedding were clean.

Person called "Naveendra" in the reception doesn't even know how to speak to a guest. He was giving all his attitudes towards us. He is searching my online booking in a big ledger book without even switching on the PC. 😂. And he told me my booking is not there. So please think thrice before you visit there.🙏
