The property is new bu there dont seem to be rush to clean after painters, carpenters and other workers. Some paint stains, some unfinished carpenting and so on.

Property is new and therefore everything is fresh and not worn out. Interiour is very modern and classy. Amaizing view. Exactly as in the pictures. Staff was super nice.

But there is always but) 1. since the house was surrounded by private houses, every evening at exactly 21.00 the local dogs began their dialogue. The barking lasted for an hour, it was difficult to fall asleep. 2. since the house is new there are some deficiencies and wifi in the rooms does not work well 3. breakfast is not included in the price

Only thing t didn't like is there are only two staff who takes care of this property. Breakfast you need to tell one day prior and if you miss then you may not get breakfast.

Road (Unique view Road) is bit narrow and winding.

You get an excellent view of the Gregory Lake and part of the town from the room. Room itself is designed to give more relaxing atmosphere.

Not that we didn’t like maybe the Villa could provide with some different kind of break fast instead of sticking to one. we were provided with English break fast on both days which were almost same.

An amazing stay with some amazing views and the Villa is located in the main city and the staffs are very friendly.

Beautiful place, quiet. New. Very comfy bed. Water pressure in a shower was good. Big balcony. Kettle and hair dryer stuff provided on request, it was not in the room. It was slightly cold outside, but room was warm

There was a lone, young and very inexperienced member of staff. He was nice and was trying his best, but he was clearly unsupported and out of his depth. There was no toilet paper in our rooms, or tea / coffee. When we requested these, he said they had just had a lot of guests so everything was finished. He then asked us for some money to get these items, as he had none! We loaned him the money, but all he did was get all the toilet paper from the other empty rooms. We never got tea / coffee so had to asked for the money back. One night we returned to a completely empty hotel with the door ajar. We could still enter and get to our rooms, but there was no staff so we just waited for about an hour for him to return. At checkout, he did not know how to work the card machine and had to run to a neighbouring hotel to get one of their staff to come to our hotel to make the payment. We were told there was no option any food as they had no chef.
