The location was great. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Good for a large group. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Stairs... We were given the top most rooms. We had to climb alot of stairs. I already had a leg cramp and hip pain. Bit diffivult to climb the stairs carrying the baby as well. Elderly people were also finding difficult

Breakfast was good but an english breakfast could have been included... The choice of breakfast should be given to tge guest rather than giving what is there

Serendipity!!. After losing many locations with good ratings in Nuwara Eliya, accidently found this wonderful place through Booking.com. Newly built hotel with modern facilities and gracious staff. Stayed for 3 nights with excellent hospitality. Special thanks to Shabi and Sharan. Delicious breakfast local and English styles. Can personally recommend to anyone plans to stay in Nuwara Eliya.

The facility need some investment before it can be deemed ready & justify the cost. We smelled sewage from the bathroom and Rama had to use a room freshener to mask it. We did not get proper hot water for all of us to take a shower. This is when Rama offered us to use the other rooms which were vacant. But unfortunately, the hot water situation was not that great even in the other rooms The bathroom's shower area also did not have a stand to keep the soap/shampoo. The hand-shower-holder came undone and slid all the way down The beds were also not that comfortable and we could feel the springs The part we liked was the hospitality of the staff. But the facilities need a spruce up

The staff: Rama, the 2 ladies & the chef were very courteous & warm. They ensured that our needs were taken care of, that we could use one of the other rooms when our bathroom had problems, that our meals were good etc. The breakfast on both days we stayed there was superb! Our room had a balcony from where we could get a very nice view of the mountains We also liked the fact that our driver was given free accommodation and food during our stay

They said that they could not serve dinner as there was no cook The breakfast was very boring and only some people seemed to be given special food. The room booked for three people was provided with tea and cups only for two people. None of us will come to this hotel because we don't want any of our employees to experience this unpleasant experience again
