I liked that even though the room was cold, the staff helped us with the heater. The blanket was nice and heavy and the shower was great and hot. They cooked breakfast for us at 4 am to take on a journey to Horton Planes. This place is not the most comfortable, but people working there are doing their best to make the stay comfortable for you. Jordan- It's cold up there and the room doesn't have AC, but they did provide us with extra clean and warm blankets. - The wifi signal is bad - They don't take visas, only cash - No elevator but they do carry your luggage 🧳 - The bed is old, it keeps making noise whenever u move so if ur sleeping next to someone except to wake up each time he moves

Sri LankaThe room was perfect, clean, and satisfying. The room setup, all the amenities, lighting, and everything was modern and ensured the feeling of comfort and security altogether. The bed was perfectly comfortable for a wonderful goodnight's sleep. The room had a view overlooking the road and the farmlands located to the front of the hotel. Even though the view is not of the typical breathtaking ones you expect in a trip to Nuwara Eliya, this was good enough to give us a feeling of relaxation and calmness suggesting that the typical breathtaking views and being city-centered is not essentially the ideal relaxation. The bathroom was perfectly tidy and fitted with all new amenities that ensured the feeling of cleanliness at always. The hot water was available conveniently making the stay extra comfy. The host is friendly and full-on dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of his guests even if it goes out of the hotel's area of service. For example. He went the extra mile to arrange us safe passage to the locations we were planning to visit, by arranging a trustworthy vehicle, ensuring that we only pay the right and reasonable amount to him and nothing more. And the rest of the staff was also one of the friendliest we've seen which made our stay an even more pleasant one. The small restaurant at the lobby of the hotel is perfect to enjoy a snack or your meal, and it has most of the snacks you'd expect to be in a Cafe. The food and beverage we had there was another happy addition to our stay there. The perfect location of the hotel being just a bit away from the city and on the roadside to the famous Horton Plains, Ambewela, and the luscious strawberry farms and stalls made it the best place ever to be when you plan to travel around, with convenient travel time to the city as well.
