The B-Fast staff could be more approachable, and cheerful

Spacious and spotless Room, with all the amenities, plenty to eat at B-fast, great location, and very welcome Reception staff. There are bar and terrace across the Hotel, close to all the attractions. My only great to be so knackered and get back to the Hotel too late to visit the Pool, make sure I do it in my next visit

window facing directly another hotel room, so I had to keep my curtains shut at all times or else I had to look at another guest lying on his bed.

Credit card guarantee for mini bar even if you have no intention to take anything (apart from using the fridge for our own water bottles). Suggestion to leave it empty as an alternative would be good. Beds were hard but we slept well. Some noise from adjacent road. Hotel has an older style and is slightly worn but it has a certain charm. Breakfast closes 10 am. For us on a holiday a later closing would be very nice. Airport shuttle is expensive. Recommend taxi such as Bolt etc.

Location right next to presidential palace in old town. Lots of restaurants and sights nearby. Breakfast had a good selection with some highlights such as salmon. AC on room was working well and very much appreciated during hot summer days. Clean rooms. We also appreciated the separate beds, as requested.

They charge €35 to get from the airport to the hotel , a return journey using BOLT cost me €8 The swimming pool wasn’t free for guest you had to pay €15 per visit The rooms , whilst comfy , needed updating as they looked tired and old fashioned

The location was great for walking around. The breakfast had a good choice , although not as good as their photo on their booking page.

The standard room looks like it needs renovation and some improvements in general. I don’t think that the equipment and the furniture match a 4 star hotel. In addition it’s strange there is no air conditioning. I think customers should have the choice to regulate the temperature individually. While checking in, the employee insisted I hadn’t paid for the room, so it took us a while to show her the payment proof. That was quite stressful! A tip: don’t ask the hotel to call a taxi for you, it’s at least 2-3 times more compared to the taxi app (Bolt)!!!

The location is fantastic! Although it’s in the heart of old town, it’s really quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is also great, there is big variety and in weekends it’s served until 11:00. I also liked the bed, the mattress and the pillows. Standard room with many big windows. It also has high ceilings so it’s quite bright. In general it’s great value for money! Despite the disadvantages, I would stay again!

Noise canceling/ soundproof of our room could be better, we could clearly hear neighbours and passing cars during the night. Missing chairs or other furniture on the balcony. It is just empty.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel while on a business trip. It is in a superb central location, and, if you have a minute, it is well worth taking a stroll through the old town. The bed was very comfortable, the restaurant is really good, and the room was clean.
