The SPA area is dirty and old. It was impossible to use Jacuzzi, because it looks like it wasn't cleaned for a long time. Breakfast choice was very poor, if you have allergies - there is almost no choice at all.

Its location is perfect, air/salt therapy room was fun.

There is possibility to smoke in the balkonies, so all the smoke from smoking neighbours goes into your room if you open your balcony door.

Needed to wait for breakfast table. Catering staff was underresourced, we needed to wait for cleaning table and cups. We had to wait more than 1hour for ordered dinner and we were not informed upfront.

In my opinion sauna and pool is too small for that amount of people witch was at that time.Also it was cold (information about tenperature is not correct.)Room cleaning was working only just to work ,not clean.

The double bed's matress was way too firm. The 2 single beds were nice and soft. The noise and vibration of some kind of machinery at night (I presume from spa area on the first floor) was really loud and felt all the way up till the top floor of the building. Breakfast used to be much better 1-2 years ago.

Wonderful lication and beautiful prosperous room on the 6th floor, river side. Beautiful views. Clean room. Friendlu staf.

The bathroom in the room was very cold. The restaurant overcooked the duck. The hotel's swimming pool is not suitable for families with babies and toddlers. They expect you to come in a robe, there is no place to change a toddler. During our stay, there was no hot water in the pool area.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, it's very central, all the main attraction are nearby. The room was clean and spacious but a bit outdated. The hotel's spa center was great, restaurant - ok.

Halotherapy was a bit dissapointing - same song for 30 minutes and same repeating video over ans over again.

Staff in restaurant was superb! Absolutely proffesional! Naturaly friendly, warm, very helpful. Rarely possible to meet something like that.

Communication did not work here at all: We arrived with two kids and a baby which was clearly stated and booked that way. However when we got to our room it was a standard double room with no extra beds, so after clearing we got our beds, but it was an unnecessary hassle. We also tried to solve a question after our stay and never got a reply. English might be a task here still. The pool and sauna in the hotel seemed rather aged and unexciting. Temperatures were rather low. Distances were rather large and also the walking way towards Aquapark was rather complex. My 6-year old son got lost in the alleys trying to find us.

Breakfast and dinner (even cheap) was good. The view of the room was also good. It is quite a green area. The kids were happy they had a pool and spa.

I asked for a room with the river view and got a room with a view of the hotel rooftop. There was no option to change and no reimbursmenet for the istake was offered. The GDPR firms, did not have right of refusal. THey also force you to agree to selling your personal information.

The Hotel is straight in the middle of what's happening. Located in the center of town, right by the fountain it has direct access, walking in your robe, to the aquapark.

Ordered room with four single beds (writen in the description of the room) but it was simple double room with two single beds, so had to upgrade to bigger room for extra price (although the discount was applied).

The pool and sauna zone. It was so small and not cozy at all. One hour is more than enough to stay there.

The room was big enough for two persons, but for three it was tiny. Moreover, than I got booking confirmation it was written the this room is suitable for 4. I don't agree :). Location is perfect. Breakfast also was very good. The staff is very very nice and helpful.
