Staff not saying or offering to provide blankets for sofá bed. When I got to room that I opened the sofá bed it's has no linens. I called the front desk and person el tells me I have to ask for it and go get it.

Breakfast was ok, only thing is the lady over there don't keep load the stations of food. To clean the room they don't knock in the door, they just open the door even you still there very early in the morning.

I had the worst experience with a hotel manager ever in my 4 decades of traveling globally and she was very unprofessional to provide any kind of reasonable customer service. I will never stay in this hotel ever or one like it in Atlanta, GA

The promised breakfast was too small in what it offered, with no coffee available at all. We understand Coronavirus precautions are in effect but a masked staff member could've been there to make coffee as needed.

Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy the free breakfast option though it was one of my main features for choosing this hotel. The breakfast in a bag had a sandwich that included sausage and I do not eat pork. There was no other option for me.

The desk clerk went above and beyond to assist me with something I requested. The room was clean and comfortable.

I was placed in room 221- the door to the room was not working properly, once I was able to enter the room it was stuffy and smelled bad. I tried to in the air conditioning on and it did not work . The bathroom door lock did not work either . I reported this to the front desk manager and was moved to room 222 . The door worked the room smelled better and the air conditioner worked some . I did not want to move again as it had been a long day . A co worker and I were there for work . The bathroom door did not stay closed. The next morning the drain in the shower would not allow the water to flow . Then I looked at the shower head and felt disgusted. The staff was very pleasant.

The young man that checked me in at the front desk was very poliet .

Loud dogs barking . The establishment will accuse you of smoking . Watch your every move on the camera . Will personal open the door while you are in the room . I WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN

Although I repeatedly told staff not to come in my room to clean and I always hung up my do not disturb sign on the door. Occupants were constantly allowed in my room when I was at work. Once because they cleaned the room which I stated I did not want them to enter. Also they took my food and drink away. When I complained to the staff person I was only met with an “I’m sorry, there’s a good restaurant next door you can eat there.” Then the next day when I returned from work the floors were soaking wet with cleaner because they had let people in my room to clean carpets. A note hung on the wall informing people to be kind to the cleaners and let them do their job. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. I did not feel safe there and had zero privacy. I’m still going through my things to see if anything other than good and drink was taken from me. The worst hotel experience that I have ever had and staff made no attempts to remedy the wrongdoing on their part.
