Robes are of rough material, and short (higher then the knees), very bad noise isolation, I could hear conversations (not to mention other things) behind the wall. One guest did not stay overnight as we planned and they still made us pay the full pillow price because we didn't let the staff know. I didn't know we had to let them know and weird they didn't trust my word on it.

The location is great, rooms are very large. There is some basic amenities like hot water with tea and toiletries.

Sauna could work longer during the weekend, at least until 10 pm (now it works until 9 pm). Breakfast area should be increased, we had to wait for a free table. Quite cold in the bathroom.

Good location in the city, perfect sauna, tasty breakfast. Enough parking places even during busy weekend.

Vert narrow doors are not opening automatically at the entrance, it is not convenient when you have luggages with you and a baby trolley. Shower head at the room needs maintenance.

I was in the room on the first floor, so heard all fontains music till 23.40. in the morning 6.00 someone likes to start very high sound to make leaves from walking areas. i came to a resort and want to relax!

Staff was friendly but unfortunately not all of them spoke English, so communication was an issue. Also we reserved a suite for 2 adults and 2 children, but there was only one queen size bed. Solving that took some time, due lack of common language (English).

Waterfall in front of hotel is beautiful. Location (close to Aqua Park, parks etc.) is good. Grand, but has a bit of wear and tear.

We have stayed during hot days. A/C was not working properly in our room, there were big windows, but only 1small possible to open, we had to close all curtains that sun wouldn’t make the room even hotter. So a little discomfort due to A/C.

They did not pay much attention to cleaning the balcony, our rooms with carpet, washing glasses and tables and so on

Everybody and everything were good. At the registration Yonatas (maybe I do not remember his name well, sorry) did his best to help us to find the best numbers for us with our grandchildren.

Our room was very noisy, there was a constant noise coming from ventilation system. But the staff was helpful and offered us ear plugs and were willing to provide us another room. Breakfast was quite disappointing, the selection of food was not that big. SPA area is really small.

Breakfast room was beautiful with terrace to garden. We had a spacious apartment in the 6th floor with view to the river - it was really nice. Park around the hotel was very elegant and beautiful.

We did not like that people are allowed to smoke in the balconies as the smoke travels all over the place. .this means that if someone smokes next to your room and your balcony door is opened the room will be full of the smell of the cigarettes.

Breakfast was exceptional! Very cute pool area. Loved that the hotel is pet friendly. Very polite and kind and helpful staff. Room in the new building was very spacious and cozy.

After asking in reception how long is restaurant working I got answer to ask it in restaurant, and maybe it is working until 20. But it was not correct. I think workers supposed to know everything about hotel and restaurant. Pillows were not comfortable. Bathrobes were to small, too short. If you came with baby pushchair or wheelchair it is only way to reach breakfast area from outside. From inside there are stairs, so if you are alone it is not easy to go down.
