You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

RussiaThe entrance from the main street was closed. We had to look for the entrance from the back. There was no clothes dryer, after all it's a beach resort
A very spacious room decorated with love and designer taste. There is an additional wonderful table place outside. Beautifully and qualitatively equipped bathroom with a window. There was an opportunity to drink tea and coffee. TV with a sufficient number of channels.

ItalyToo much light in the room: no heavy curtains or blinds in the window make impossible to sleep from the sunrise. The staff is nice but not very skilled in english, some difficult in communication (also by booking app). The outside space is very nice but dirty, making not comfortable to spend some time outside.
Great position in the centre of Nida. Big room with comfortable bed and bathroom.

LithuaniaThe check-in process was not smooth - the property didnt share any information on how to reach them, when we called ourselves, the person who answered made it clear we're disturbing her with our questions. No one bothered to open the gate or at least inform us how we should do it ourselves. When we finally managed to open the property's gates ourselves, no one was there to greet us although we have called saying we're by the gate. the property is quite big and it was not clear where we should go exactly, so we just waited until someone showed up. Overall, the whole process was really uncomfortable and the management has still a lot to learn about hospitality. The room and location are great for short stays, but for longer stays would definitely choose other places that care about their guests.
The place is very central and provides free parking which is a huge advantage given the current and overall situation in Nida. The rooms are clean, quiet, bed is quite comfortable. A huge plus for a properly working A/C. Self check-out was very easy.

LithuaniaThis is a hotel without hotel ammenities. It's possible this was due to covid, so take this review with a grain of salt. There was no kitchen, no washing machine - that's what you'd expect in a hotel. But also, there was no room service - no food or cleaning services. While the room was clean, cleaning of the room was done only once during a 9 day stay, which is too little for a sandy place like Nida. We were told that the cleaning personnel was sick, so that's somewhat understandable. But still a bit uncomfortable anyways. Overall, I'm not sure if it was worth staying at a hotel specifically, as there were few advantages of that. On the other hand, I'm not sure if there are many better furnished places in Nida, so I'm really nitpicking.
The internet was great. There was an AC, which was extremely useful during that weather! Seems like there were heated floors, too, so that was nice as well. A dedicated parking space took a lot of headaches off as well. Bed was amazing and there was enough places to store clothes and other stuff (we came with a full VW Golf 6, so we had a ton of stuff!).
