The house was clean and neat. For one night stop it was everything OK. We all liked it. We were a little worried about getting in touch via message to get info, since we did not get any reply after we send some mesage, but arriving at home the owner was very kind and disponible. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything was great. We didn't see any disadvantages. It was a great place to stay in

A very good and hospitable landlord. He was very friendly towards us. He met us and explained all the details about living in the room. We had a separate room with its own shower and a restroom. We had a TV-set, a teapot, coffee and tea. The Wi-Fi connection was really good. There was a place to park our car for the night and it was very comfortable, The landlord allowed us to stay even an hour later so that we could sleep a little bit more :) Thank you for everything

The host is very friendly and helpful. Offered coffee in the morning! :) There is everything you need in the room: the kettle to make coffee or tea, the fridge. The room is clean (maybe in too dark colours) and the bed is comfortable .

We had a good rest. And facility for soap, coffee, tea was very nice. Good fluffy towels for after shower and possible to wrap around yourself. All good for have a rest and continue journey. Extra blanket if you are cold on top of duvet. Excellent.

Location was excellent for our needs (twenty five minutes walk for a concert at Kauno Oaze). Owner was very friendly. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Kaunas.

The shower was a bit unstable and the warm water wasn't really warm.

The lady was very nice and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. I got the room with a private bathroom because I said I wasn't a smoker, which was unnecessary but a welcome gesture :-) The room was spacious, it had a table, small chairs, a fridge and a large bed. Everything was clean on arrival. There is free parking in the garage or on private grounds. Last but not least, the WI-FI was excellent and helped during two rainy/gray days in Kaunas.

I stayed six nights during September October. The lady who runs the guest house is the greatest of all time. Speaks a little English but has kids that are fully fluent if you aren't. It's like having a mom you haven't seen in ages. You have privacy for sure in your room and it's ultra clean. She even did my laundry as I wanted to have proper shirts for a meeting and I've never had it cleaned so well before lol. The walk to the central main street where the bars and restaurants are is about a 25-30 min along the scenic and beautiful river. A scooter ride is 10 mins and a $3 Euro Bolt or Uber brings you there in 5 mins. Area has two supermarkets, a kids school, and is genuinely Kaunas. Very safe as I made the walk during day and at 2am multiple times. Shared bathroom was always clean and tea was always available. It's like a friend's cottage home.

I marked 21:00 as my arrival time, and by a chance arrived 21:00 sharp. But I was told to wait "5 minutes". I was admitted inside by 21:15. Also the house can accommodate maybe 15 or more guests in total, and has just 1 shower.

The host was very supportive and helpful, it really felt that he cares for the guests.

The place was old and cold. There isnt any warm Water. The front dor was closed and locked, So ww cant go to out, if we want.

On my second night of stay I could not enter the hotel at 1.25am because the door was locked. The curfew information was not provided clearly by the host. I had to rebook myself to Ibis hotel in the middle of the night, 10 km away from Regina hotel.

The actual hotel was all right considering the price.

The host was friendly, helpful. No fuss with us coming in late to save us from a thunderstorm tent adventure. He checked that we could comfortly settle in and that quiet hours was respected by the neighbours.
