Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LatviaAmazing view from the balcony of the sea, forest and city. Beach only 2 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, choice was abundant. Room was spacious and stylish. SPA Wellness center was very nice and relaxing, it had a huge jacuzzi, a roman sauna, medium hot cedar sauna, and a very hot 90 degree sauna, all very spacious and perfectly made. Also one pool for swimming and one for relaxing with powerful massaging streams.

We have often stayed at the Baltic Beach Hotel and are never disappointed! The reception staff was very nice and welcoming, and the room was very clean and had soft bathrobes. We enjoyed going to the spa and the gym and walking along the beach. The breakfast is delicious and has everything one can wish for. Also, the staff on the top floor during breakfast are very service-minded.

United KingdomReceptionists - they are amazing. They helped us a lot - always with a smile. The rest of the staff could be nice, especially in the spa, but it seems like Latvian customer service. They are giving you orders like in the army 🙈 Massage was amazing, massuer was very skilful but again opened window (it was very cold in the room) once he finished he said:finished! And switched on lights. Forget about relaxing wake up. The food was delicious and the hotel was nice, we had really good room so that's great, very specius. The hotel was busy but you couldn't feel it. We loved entertainment - there was constantly something going on. Spa area - we loved it, it was pretty and saunas were stunning but yet again, for example, instead of sunbeds, they had some armchairs which were absolutely uncomfortable. In general, we were impressed and happy we chose this hotel rather than other hotels in Riga. Highly recommend 👌

LatviaI was a little disappointed with breakfast, as for a 5 star hotel I expect jam variations to add for pancakes - this was not the case, they only had some weird sauces in bottles (felt cheap).
I really enjoyed the view from the room. Room size was perfect for me and my husband.

EstoniaHotel guests could be allowed an hour of morning swimming, for example between 0800 - 1000. I don't think that the swimming pool is very crowded in the morning hours. At the moment, there is a free spa visit for two hours during the stay. If you want to swim also in the morning, you have to buy a full ticket.
Very nice stay in the hotel. The room was nice. Rich breakfast. The staff was pleasant and helpful. You have to book a time to visit the spa, the same applies to breakfast. Buy doing that, hotel avoids the situation, where the spa or the breakfast room is over crowded.

LatviaWhen we booked the room we chose a sea view room but we got a side sea view. Maybe it counts, but our expectations were different. The most unpleasant thing in our experience was that the heating in the room went out at night and it was not restored until breakfast. Outside that night it was -15 degrees and the room was very cold.
Great location. We had great time in spa. Kids loved it.
