We booked two rooms. The weather was very hot, the air conditioner in our boy's room stopped working at the last night, the room was very stuffy.

The location was excellent, next to a big park and tram station. Breakfast was very nice too.

I had small issue in bathroom and they fixed it extraordinary quickly. Nice job, but for improvement -- maybe this kind of thing can be validated early before customer arrives. Some regular checks may help, like going from outside (fresh air) directly to room and smell, listen and touch things. Checking inspector visits room, gets naked and takes shower to determine if there are any issues, and then repeats in next room :) Joke, but probably there are some ways to do it....

I liked quick check-in (this was quiet time but anyway), view to park, spacious room. Breakfast was very good and there were lot of space both for getting food and for sitting/eating. Local restorant (for dinner) has italian flavour (pizza, pasta etc), luckily for me they have both red and white fish in menu. I have to mention that hotel has good light for reading and good water pressure for washing/shaving.

Reception staff was amazing! Felt very welcome to stay with dogs. Lovely park across the street to walk the dogs. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good.

We didn't like that.smoking outside by the entrance and outside by the breakfast tables was allowed. Wherever you sat outside, stinking cigarette smoke was present.

Nothing to complain about.

This is the best place in Riga to stay for a business trip. The location of the hotel is on the other side of River Dauguva, but the best thing for my is a free parking lot which is huge. Also, pretty comfortable and quick to reach the centre of Riga. It has SPA to relax, great and very cosy breakfast area, quality food and good selections for all tastes and needs. Nothing special, but all you need and more for a good breakfast for sure. I especially enjoy the rooms with a bath, which is a great way to relax in a room if not going to the SPA. What is more, it has a souvenir shop, pretty sceneries from the window as well. This is my favourite hotel and I don't plan to change it.

Bring your own water, not a single waterbottle in the room.

Well functioning spacious facilities exceeding our expectations, the bigger rooms were comfortable and breakfast quality was higher than in most hotels in the region. The lobby bar was well equipped and sauna was available but we didn't have time for it. Great location next to a huge park. Bolt taxi takes you to the old town in 10 mins at low cost.

1. Would like to have slippers and toothbrush in room. 2. Door TO stairs from the first floor was locked from the inside it seemed because my room key was not able to open it (wanted to use stairs instead of elevator, personal preference).

1. Breakfast was abosutely perfect and exceeded my expectations. 2. 24/7 lobby saved my day (night in fact). 3. Everyone spoke russian and was friendly.

Recommend this hotel when traveling with car, there is free private car park with many parking lots. As for the rooms, its is perhaps a bit worn, but everything is clean and the necessary facilitiies available.

Very clean and nice finish to the rooms. Loved the bath! A fine buffee selection for breakfast. Good position if you're going to airport next morning. Private parking at hotel.
