The property was fine but I didn’t feel very welcome. It seemed more like the owner was doing me a favour rather than that I was paying (which I was!)

Hot water. It's running warm, then suddenly can be almost boiling or cold. But that's not a big problem, just thing that I didn't like. Everyting else was ok.

Curtains let in a bit too much sunlight. During the summer period, it is a slight problem as the nights are quite white here.

There was enough room so that even a bigger family had enough space. The interior was a bit worn out but everything was functioning as expected.

If it were possibility fully open the window in one room, it would be better. But generally everything is ok.

Cosy place with a nice garden, tasty breakfast. It is very comfortable to stay with a big family.

Kitchen and fridge was primitive and no deep froze available. The rent was quite pricy considering the conditions at the ground. So value for money was a bit low.

The apartment had comfortable beds, spacious livingroom and it was clean. The owner was right in next building and available for any assistance.

Everything was really nice. Stayed here for a concert that was at the Sigulda Castle and the location was great for that.

I was satisfied with the room and bathroom.

There was a nice desk and chair for me to work on my computer. The owner was waiting for me outside the house at the time I was supposed to get there. There was no sign on the house indicating that it was Marigold. Later I saw the 8.8 booking rating on the door, but I didn't notice it at first and walked past the house. But the owner guessed that I was the person he was waiting for and stayed outside until I retraced my steps and spoke to him. He was very kind and invited me to come to his own house anytime if I had any problems. There were no problems.

Sound and light proof is non-existent. I could hear neighbors very well, luckily they went quite at a reasonable time. Shower cabin clean, but quite small. I am not so sure if it states specifically on the Booking page but the place is cash only.

Payment only in cash. No double bed, only singles. No AC, so it gets hot inside. And if I had to be picky, it could have been painted a bit brighter colours.

Great location few minutes away from the train station. Enough space to fit 5 people fairly comfortably. Parking on-site, just outside the window. All basic things one would need, including kettle, fridge and stove. All in all, really good choice for a small group or a family that want a place to sleep, and will spend the time out in the awesome nature in Sigulda.

Beautiful kitchen corner and cosy hammock. Room was spacious and nice little furnace.

The bathroom ceiling is a roof slope so it's not very convenient to have a shower/bath.

Great location in Sigulda, free parking spot for a car and a good host. The room was simple yet had a bed, a small table with two chairs to eat at, some dishes, a kettle and coffee + tea.

The shower was pretty small and cramped, but not too bad. The bed could be a bit more comfortable.

The room was clean, contained a fridge and a table for dining. The room also contained basic cutlery and an electric cettle. The room felt comfortably-cool even if it was really hot outside. Host vas very nice and provided a hair dryer upon request.
