How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast could be better and swimming pool not as big as photos make out but still nice
A great hotel for the price, rooms are nice and big very comfortable bed and clean bathrooms. Location is good we walked to all main attractions ( no taxi needed) staff on the desk are welcoming Would 100% stay again.

Had some problems with the aircon in that it only worked for the first two days. I reported it many times but it didn't get fixed. Breakfast was quite repetitive but was welcomed.
The room was very clean and a good size for me. The balcony was large enough.

Showers could do with a bit of an upgrade. There were no irons or tea and coffee making facilities available in the room. Although there were a couple of laundrette with a minute or two of a walking distance to take care of the ironing at around 70 pence per item which was pretty good value.
Great location and friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, clean rooms.

Road outside quite noisy at times but not enough to cause any major concerns.

Pillows are very hard. Lots of noise from a Christian church just down the road. Very annoying chanting shouting and what I suppose is singing. No need for it to be this loud. Spoils quiet afternoon on balcony and evenings. I appreciate this is not a hotel problem.
Staff are very good and helpful. Lift works well breakfast excellent lots of choice and long serving period. Good restaurants nearby. Off the main thoroughfare so not much traffic noise. Very clean.

The bed was a bit difficult to sleep in so maybe a little uncomfortable and there were some unsafe looking light switches for the bathroom mirror so didn’t use them.
Very good location for the airport and for getting easily into the heart of Marrakesh.

A shower room's drain didn't work well. It was reported, but nothing was done about it. The bedside lamp didn't work. There were no tea/coffee making facilities.
A spacious room. A nice balcony but dirty furniture.

There is some sort of evangelical Christian church just along from the hotel. They make an enormous racket of noise some afternoons and evenings. This is not in the remit of the hotel to control this. If you have a room with a balcony at the back the noise can be very annoying and drowns out everything. Pillows are very firm!
The staff are excellent friendly and competent. They dealt with a few minor issues very quickly. Breakfast is buffet style and very generous lots of choice. Location off main road with grocery / food shop, money exchange, and restaurants only steps away. Doorman/ security person will get a taxi very quickly..

Coffe at breakfast could be better, and more healthy breakfast, more fruits, more healthy fiber bread. But still was a nice breakfast.
Bedroom was great, super big, bed super comfortable, everything amazingly clean. And temperature was perfect. I SLEPT LIKE AN ANGEL. Also toilet super good. Workers very nice.

We could hear the traffic and noise from outside throughout the night.
The hotel staff are excellent, we had an excellent breakfast every morning and was greeted by a pleasant smile from Oussama. He is kind and has great hospitality skills. I booked this hotel twice during my holiday in Morocco and I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is very close to the train station and with Google maps you can reach the medina in no time.

The washroom didnt have any lock and the wifi connection was very poor, could hardly access internet. Even after complaining multiple times at the reception no one came to fix the wifi issue.
