Such a great hotel! We stayed somewhere else much further south for most of our stay and had we not been locked into that reservation, I think we would have came here for longer. The room was nice and clean with a little terrace overlooking a field. This part of town is quiet and it seems that locals live around here. The quiet is so nice, we listened to the crickets chirping as we fell asleep and woke up. What makes this hotel stand out and go above and beyond is the kindness of the owners. They were extremely accommodating and so kind throughout our stay. We had the opportunity to talk with the one owner a few times as we left and came the hotel. He engaged in conversation beyond just how our day was and if we need anything, asking where we had gone and where we will go so that we could talk about how we liked it. It was so nice and personable! It feels like the owners opened the hotel to connect with travelers and they really care. He brought us a plate of fresh fruit in the morning. We talked about how we were checking out at 7am the night before so he did this at 6:55am!! We were really surprised. We had also said we were walking to the pier for our morning ferry. Shortly into the walk he drove up to us and drove us there. It was so kind!! In my experience, the best places are those with kind and thoughtful owners and staff. And this is exactly how I would describe this place. The kindest and most thoughtful owners who take your stay to the next level. Thank you both so much! We hope to see you in the future.

We had a truly exceptional stay here mainly due to the wonderful hosts who went above and beyond for us during our stay. The rooms are very spacious, clean and peaceful. The location is close to the pier and other amenities (recommend the local night market). Felt so welcome and at home here, highly recommend for anyones stay in Koh Lanta.

At this kind of price there is nothing to complain about, it’s not a luxury hotel but that’s not what we expected!

From the moment we arrived at the pier we were made to feel so welcome. Often gave us rides into Ban Saladan. Got us a reasonably priced rental car etc. The bed was a proper double and really comfortable (quite unusual in Thailand!). We liked the location, 10min walk to the beach, 20 min walk into Ban Saladan which is great in the evening. Very quiet. There is a self service washing machine on the same street. Great value for money. Air conditioning was efficient at keeping the room cool considering it was 35degC when we were there. The plate of fruit for breakfast was great. Would happily return.

Everything was perfect! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Kim is the owner and she was very helpful! Picked me up from the ferry. Helped me with booking any trips I wanted. Free fresh fruit for breakfast every day. Kim even continued to give me the fruit after I'd left! Very nice people. I came back to stay multiple more times. Will definitely stay here again in future.

Lovely and quiet little hotel tucked away on a little village street but just a few minutes from the main Road, Klong Dao and Saladan. I needed some peace and quiet, which was amply provided, as was a lovely, complementary plate of fruit in the morning.

The air condition is old and really loud. It needs to be replaced and then everything would be perfect.

The staff, owner and especially Kim. Thank you very much for making our stay so nice and relaxing. Big and clean rooms, fruits in the morning and Kim helps you with every booking you need e.g. transfer, snorkeling, zip line, kayaking or renting a motor bike. Best price you can get. Great view from the room, very relaxing atmosphere, very good restaurants and massage close by, 5-10 min walk to the beach. Very good value for money.

The owners (Kim and her husband) were so kind and helpful, the staff was so nice and kept the place spotless! Kim also works in tourism and booked our transit from Krabi to Koh Lanta and our onward minibus transfer to Kaoh Sok (for cheaper than we found online!) The location was perfect, especially if you're planning on Scuba diving with a company in Saladan. Can't say enough good things about the place!

Very very friendly couple who run this place. husband is very funny. wife takes care of everything. they drove us to Ban Saladan (town) for dinner, gave us restaurant tips, booked us a minivan/bus trip to Bangkok at a very affordable cheap price! bed was ok, not very hard and also not very soft mattress - standard for Thailand aircon was working, little noise, but fine bathroom was clean

AC can be a little bit loud.

Large room with AC, refrigerator, TV and balcony. Bed is comfortable and the whole apartment is clean. Mini Mart near the hotel, maybe 2 minutes walking. Hosts are so helpful and friendly, happy to help with any questions, problems or arranging tours/transfers.

Nice space, incredibly close to beautiful Laem Kho Kwang beach, perfect for sunsets, and the hosts are very sweet, thoughtful, and conveniently a travel agent which was perfect for booking snorkelling trips and buses at good rates. the village is cute and quaint and quiet, but there are bars, markets and restaurants in easy walking distance too.

Mosquito screens are really necessary and would save a lot of energy for the air conditioning The location is a little bit out of the way, you need a scooter or bicycle.
