How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The shuttle every 30minutes is very appreciable. The hotel is very close to the airport. Staff is professional and always welcome us very well.

The room was clean and confortable , just what is needed for a stay close to the airport. They have a shuttle service to the airport. The staff is professional and friendly. Special thanks to Hiba and Ibtissam at the reception who were helpful during our multiple stays at the hotel

Only one clerk to check in 20 people — it took 45 minutes to check in. The next day when I took the shuttle to the airport, no one told me to wait outside. The shuttle came and went without someone coming to the lobby to tell me. They did call the bus back to get me.

Check-in took some time, not sure why. The staff seem to be getting organized but it was a bit of a bother. No big issue.
Very close to airport with shuttle going every 30 min. Close to small shops and eateries too. Staff was courteous and pleasant.

Staff!!!
The staff was very nice!! Hibba at the reception desk was very helpfull, so were Oussama and the driver. They were GREAT!!! Oussama also accepted to let me check out at 1pm instead of noon.

Breakfast could be included in the price.

Check-in was confusing - we were redirected from reception at the Relax Hotel to that at the attached Atlas Sky Hotel. Our booking.com reservation did not indicate that we should expect this.
Comfortable room, lovely meal at the Helice Restaurant, efficient airport shuttle.

The bed sheet was ripped and dirty ..the breakfast should offered earlier than 6:30 am for those that have earlier flights.
The bathroom was clean ..the bed was comfortable ..the shuttle to airport was on time ..liked the convience to be very clode to the airport.

In general, the hotel needs renovation and might be cleaned better.
The hotel has free shuttle to and from the airport, it is very close, and of course it is suitable for situations like flight cancellation or delay.

Good airport hotel with free shuttle.
I was upgraded to the Atlas section of the Relax Hotel on arrival. Same building but opposite end and both have their own reception. Staff were excellent, room was very clean and comfy bed. I used their free shuttle bus for the airport transfers, very efficient and runs every 30 minutes. Wifi was good.

The minute I arrived I was greeted at the reception and upgraded to stay at Nearby Atlas Hotel. I was greeted by Hicham, who was very pleasant, gave me a review of the hotel facilities. The room was very quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is exquisite and although not included in my reservation was worth every penny. A big thanks to all the hotel staff.

Dining service for the pool was poor. Front desk needs more staff , it's a busy hotel.
The shuttle was fantastic, easy to find to get to the hotel and ran like clock work to get back to the airport.

The check-in took too long, which was probably due to their need to copy our passports. However, after that, the stay went very smoothly.
There are two hotels in the same building, Relax (3-star) and Atlas (4-star). We booked the Relax and were upgraded to the Atlas side of the hotel.

It took an HOUR to be checked in on a pre-booked room . The staff member took 20 minutes per person (!!) to check us in. Supervisor didn’t step in even though she knew how long we were waiting. Phone calls constantly interrupted the process. Staff member was barely civil. All other staff members in the hotel were great.
Close to the airport and a free shuttle bus. Rooms comfortable and great hot water
