We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOnly one clerk to check in 20 people — it took 45 minutes to check in. The next day when I took the shuttle to the airport, no one told me to wait outside. The shuttle came and went without someone coming to the lobby to tell me. They did call the bus back to get me.

I was upgraded to the Atlas section of the Relax Hotel on arrival. Same building but opposite end and both have their own reception. Staff were excellent, room was very clean and comfy bed. I used their free shuttle bus for the airport transfers, very efficient and runs every 30 minutes. Wifi was good.

EgyptThe minute I arrived I was greeted at the reception and upgraded to stay at Nearby Atlas Hotel. I was greeted by Hicham, who was very pleasant, gave me a review of the hotel facilities. The room was very quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is exquisite and although not included in my reservation was worth every penny. A big thanks to all the hotel staff.

There are two hotels in the same building, Relax (3-star) and Atlas (4-star). We booked the Relax and were upgraded to the Atlas side of the hotel.

AustraliaIt took an HOUR to be checked in on a pre-booked room . The staff member took 20 minutes per person (!!) to check us in. Supervisor didn’t step in even though she knew how long we were waiting. Phone calls constantly interrupted the process. Staff member was barely civil. All other staff members in the hotel were great.
