Perfect! Our favourite hotel after a month traveling in Morocco. Quiet, very comfortable bed, beautiful interiors, wonderful staff & great breakfast. A real home away from home. Thank you for having us!

lack of insonorization in between rooms (can hear rooms and corridors), the Médina is also quite messy, lots of renovation around town, and smells of grilled sardine

Beautiful riad in an amazing location. The staff were wonderful and very kind, organising a laundry service for us and kindly printing our boarding passes. The breakfast is fresh and generous, and very tasty. The location is brilliant for exploring the medina and easily getting to the beach. We had a deluxe room which was so bright and spacious. We were able to really relax here - the staff are also super helpful without being too much - you really feel looked after at Dar Liouba.

The room felt dated had to climb 3 or 4 flights of spiral stairs. Bathtub/shower is in the room without a curtain or wall, which is shown in the pictures I just didn't notice. A little rusted. I think this was the only room available when booking so it was pricier with the tub. Mattress has dents from over usage.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and patient with us! They made the stay wonderful and breakfast was delicious every day. Hesham, Muhammed and the ladies were very kind and caring. Good last minute booking option. Staff were the best! The windows are so nice wrapping the whole room and it gets very refreshing. Feels like you're in a tower

The bathroom facilites were not that great. They look ok in pictures, but the shower was basic and and the bath itself was old and rusty.

The dinner was nothing special and expensive (25 euros) would highly recommend going somewhere else — you can get cheaper and better food easily We were also charged double the city tax we were supposed to pay for one night (100 dirhams instead of 50) and only realised this after we left.

We didn't expect to get such an old room for such a big price. Some pieces of furniture is missing, the bath has stains, the hairdryer was very old. Some details of design look really cheap. This accommodation definitely needs a renovation, otherwise the price is not reasonable.

The riad is really close to the city centre. The room is big, with lots of windows, lots of light. Nice design, especially common area, all things we needed were provided including bath robes and slippers. The breakfast was really good, with fresh vegetables, fresh orange juice, yougurt, bread and eggs.

Locality was not great, Our room was on the 3rd floor with no lift. if you are elderly and physically not up to that either ask for room in the lower floors or forget about it altogether. Hotel did not have bottle opener.

Not well sound proofed internally - a lot of late night noise from other guests. Not air conditioned, and opening the windows for any length of time let in unpleasant odours. But quite stuffy with windows closed. Not very good value for money compared with most other places we have stayed at in Morocco.

Easy to access the medina, everything in walking distance. Nice spacious downstairs area. Varied breakfast. Helpful staff.

the beds…. covered with horrible plastic waterproof sheeting under the sheets so it crackled all night. I ended up stripping the bed in the middle of the night cos you couldn’t sleep every time you turned. Or when your partner did!! please take them off and change them for different protective coverings… are we really going to wet the bed?! hopefully it was just our room!

Service and helpfulness of staff was very limited. They barely spoke French or English. Russ was under some kind of renovations. Situated in a very poor and underkept part of the Medina far from the historic landmarks.

The beds were very hard and the shower wasn’t that brilliant-could so with slight modernising of the bathroom. we had to ask to move rooms because there was a terrible sewage smell in our first room (room 1) but they were very helpful and arranging this.

The location was very good and Essouria is small so it is easy to get to everything. The property felt secure and there was a delicious Moroccan breakfast in the mornings. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating when we needed to switch rooms because of the awful smell in the bathroom.

It had a bit of a humidity smell to it and one of the rooms and bedsheets that werent in great conditions - but the staff imediately changed it. Wi-fi is poor inside the rooms. Breakfast was good - please recheck if its included in the price when you pay for it.

Staff was very nice and accomodating, its quite central in the Medina and its very nicely decorated.

the mattresses were not very comfortable and the curtain of the shower was really uncomfortable for showering since it was sticking to the body all the time.

the location was great in a closed road in the medina that had no noise. the Riad was close to everything and really convenient. the breakfast was vary good and the staff as well.

The room was a bit moist. You notice that in the bedding, but also in your clothes.

The staff is super friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is great! The interior is also very nicely designed. Location is great, everything is on walking distance. Private parking facility nearby on walking distance for 30 dirhams (3 euros) per day.

perfect location, all the staffs were perfect: friendly , welcoming and professional. I would like to thanks Hicham for his commitment and hospitality, he was working above and beyond to make sure our stay goes well. the breakfast was beautifully done. I would recommend everyone to come here, quite place, very clean with lot of potential, you going to feel like you live inside museum. excellent job.
