The bedsprings from one bed was not good it felt like your body goes to one side. The other bed in the room was good. One wall outlet didn’t work but the others did. The safe also did not work.

The employees were very nice and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was good and nice food options at the swimming pool.

At mealtimes especially in the evening the service was a bit lacking, however this may have been down to the actual time of going for dinner rather than anything else. Also our room and the lifts were showing signs that they need to do a refurbishment sooner rather than later.

The pool was a good place to relax and able to have food ordered and brought to you without exorbitant costs was refreshing.

During our visit to the pool at 16:30 o'clock, we had a very disappointing experience with the service. The manager at the pool was very grumpy and seemed completely uninterested in taking our order. Despite four promises from his colleague that our food would arrive soon, we had to wait an hour and a half. Eventually, the same colleague, red-faced with embarrassment, told us that the grumpy manager had processed the order incorrectly. Amazing how one such manager negates the positive experience of his other colleagues.

i've stayed at this hotel many times in the past. hotel is in a great location (for my needs), it has a good size swimming pool and a green area by the pool to relax and soak up the sun after a swim. this time, we were upgraded to two bungalows (we had booked 2 rooms). what a lovely upgrade that was. bungalows are situated at the back of the hotel and are very tranquil to relax in. both bungalows had balconies overlooking the green and swimming pool. very nice indeed. keep it up Hotel Kennedy :)

They could at least leave a bottle of water inside the room

Ac didn´t work, no hair dryer. They had room service but the phones didn´t work. The hotel it´s good but the rooms need maintenance. Small things would make a huge difference

Hallways were very smelly. Room had a bad smell until we blocked the bidet. Food was mediocre at breakfast and at the snack bar. Tagine was delicious and pastries at breakfast were amazing... rest of breakfast was not great.

Every room has a safe but non-operational. i was told, if I wanted it to work, a technician would have to be called from outside and I pay for it!! I would prefer every room to have tea and coffee facilities - Aziz did arrange a kettle for me. Separate shower, instead of into a bath, would have been better. Basin plug not working, cleaner helped with another one that was better but does not stop water from flowing out - wastage of water. Breakfast wasn't the greatest spread and I didn't like the runny scrambled eggs!! Most of the time the cereals were finished and took a long time to replace; same with cutlery. After I asked i did get an omelette- following day i was asked to pay for it and, after complaining about it, I was not charged.

Staff good and very helpful especially Aziz and ?Shamer The cleaners and concierge were very helpful. Layout of hotel and gardens were okay.

The only draw back is the rooms are a bit tired, some cracked paint, the safe in mine didn’t work and the aircon made noise but not cold air I suspect because I stayed in Moroccan winter they’ve shut the air con off, which wasn’t a problem cause the windows open and aside from some cars going past it’s a quiet area. The WiFi was a bit intermittent (I wouldn’t rely on it to do work, but it was fine to stream Netflix on my phone). Also there were no coffee / tea facilities in the room but again not a major issue.

Honestly I don’t really understand why this place has so many bad reviews, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. For €65 a night you get a room, a pool and excellent all you can eat breakfast buffet. Whilst I was there only one restaurant (farrah) appeared to be open, Saturday was a big buffet of lots of Moroccan dishes and a chef in the corner making pasta dishes like spaghetti bolognaise to order (all delicious) and Sunday was a set three course menu again all delicious. (Both nights were about 250 MAD each) The pool bar is also great, pizzas, salads, burgers etc. again all delicious and reasonably priced (a big margarita pizza 70 MAD). I Didn’t have any alcoholic drinks but there were beers and cocktails on offer.

The hotel desperately needs a modern renovation because it has been well neglected. the pool is nice but worn out table tennis rackets are a disgrace for a four star hotel. Flat screens in the halls are very outdated.

The hotel's location is in the heart of the posh Hivernage neighbourhood and in quiet spot, far from the buzzing streets of Marrakech. The car park is a bonus

Just the one dinner restaurant was open, understandably given low season, but it was a buffet and quite expensive.

The hotel and grounds were kept incredibly clean, every single day. All the staff were very friendly.
