The only thing that bothered us was the bed. The mattress was too hard for our taste. If you are used to softer mattresses, you might not be too comfortable.

The staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful. The room was big and clean. The spa was also great, they offered many different options. I really liked that there was a private pool that you can take for a small additional fee, being a hijabi, I loved that option.

The fact that when I booked the hotel it was said that the hotel has 3 swimming pools, but in the end 2 do not work at all and third is for an additional fee and for me it is expensive. We were on family vacation and booked a hotel with the expectation that there was a swimming pool. I understand that the weather does not allow swimming outside, but it is necessary to warn about the fact that the pools are closed and maybe the fee for a pool inside can be made more affordable

The rooms do not provide any drinking water every day, no hot water, no mineral water. If you next drink water you must go to the restaurant on the first floor and buy it for 20 local currency. The property building is in need of refurbishment the lift not working, the toilets blocking. The exterior needs a paint. In our room the carpet was filthy and needs replacing, the curtains didn’t cover the window, the toilet leaked. The electric power only worked when we left the bedside lamp on. Nothing charged overnight and walking around in the dark.

The location was away from the town centre however a taxi ride back to the noise and main town.

The lady at front desk with glasses. I thought at first maybe it’s just me, but then I read the reviews and it’s obvious it’s not. She’s rude, she’s more polite towards men than women laugh out loud. I went to the desk to ask a question she blanked me completely I then asked if she was busy to which she replied yes (she was doing absolutely nothing) , when the correct approach would of been “I will be with you in a moment” *smile*”. All other members of staff were amazing. Kind. Polite friendly. I honestly don’t know what her issue was. The one thing that ruins it for me is a person who acts as if you owe them something or they’re doing you a favour. It’s customer service love, the customer is always right. So wake up in the morning sort yourself out and put on a smile and don’t be rude unless your dad owns the hotel.

Love the sea view from the hotel. Clean a lot of culture to the building. All gym equipment indoor and outdoor pool and spa!

V old hotel in dire need of refurbishment. Pool was too loud due to music, not enough parasols and those they had kept falling over.

I’ve asked for extra beds for my kids but I was told they ran out beds which was very disappointing for a 5 star hotel - the reception guy and the reception lady were not friendly and were not helpful when I asked them to call me a taxi.
