Very peaceful and beautiful hotel right by the dunes. The rooms are clean and spacious, equipped with air conditioning, which was a lifesaver. The staff were very friendly. Do make sure to let them know if you need a pick up when you arrive as I didn’t see any taxi drivers around and had to walk for 35 minutes

Hotel was excellent. Lovely and helpful staff who provided a great dinner and breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Stunning pool and bar also. The hotel helped us book the desert tour which avoided choosing between different sellers in town - the tour we had was exceptional 10/10 and a more authentic and individual experience than those offered in town. We went out to our own camp, rode camels, sand boarded, drank tea with nomads, played music, and received amazing food and hospitality throughout for a great price.

The family who run the hotel were so lovely and kind. Abdo was such a great host and was very accommodating to all of our needs. They were all great humans who we are so lucky to have the pleasure of meeting. Tanemmirt from Ben and Anna

    No complaints at all.

Wonderful and helpful staff, excellent food and facilities. Clean. Ice cool pool in the Sahara heat was an amazing plus. Right on the edge of classical red desert dunes. Camels for excursions right there. Highly recommend.

Nothing wrong to be honest. Got a lift into and back from Merzourga quite easily.

Literally an oasis in the desert. Superb location, albeit 3 mins drive outside Merzourga (or 30 mins* walk depending on your baggage/weather etc.) Staff were friendly, provided food when needed. They also provided the necessary info about 4 wheel driving/Camel trip etc. It even has a pool! (* As I arrived with a bus at 6.15am, sun was not yet up, easy to do).

    Nothing, it was perfect.

Very beautiful resort, olive trees and pomegranate trees everywhere. The owner was very friendly and helpful, he found a solution to our problems with our stay in the desert and offered some tours with his friend. The pool was clean and the water very refreshing. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. They are a 2 minutes walk to the sand so we went and watched the sunset from the dunes in the backyard of the hotel. We had dinner on site, the beef tagine was the best we’ve had in Morocco this far. Thank you again for the amazing stay, we highly recommend this hotel.

there is nothing bad I can say about this place .

honestly everything but specially the staff ! I arrived at 6am to Merzouga and had no place to go so I went to the hotel expecting having to wait till check in time . they received me immediately, they gave me the room they served me breakfast on check in day because the day after I would have to leave very early. the owner even took me to the bus station by car so I didn’t have to walk and he didn’t accept any tip . they were really amazing ! also the room was perfect , nicely decorated very nice working air conditioning and hot water in the bathroom. it has the big dune just behind it so it was all I could ask for. I just can say thank you thank you thank you

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. The location is good just a bit outside the town centre which meant it was extremely quiet at night. The staff were very helpful, there is good quality Wi-Fi available and the setting by the pool and in the restaurant was lovely

Fine place. Diunas just behind the wall of the property, so you can go trekking right from the hotel. Restaurant ok, but not anything special. The thing we recommend the most is a jeep trip to Erg Znaigui organised by the hotel. It is maybe not the cheapest but totally worth it! You will see incredible things.

One has to give credit where credit is due. I arrived in Merzouga by shared taxi from Rissani and the ride cost only 18 Dirhams. At the square you can ask anyone there where the hotel is and they will direct you. The owner of the 'cafe restaurant jour et nuit' just happened to be outside when I arrived and offered for his friend to take me to the hotel by motorbike and he did this without asking for money-a first for me in Morocco. The hotel is literally at the edge of the Desert. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by the staff member and taken to my room and from the moment he opened the door I was pleasantly surprised. The room was bigger than expected with a nice spacious bathroom. The A/C worked well and the wifi was very good which is necessary for me when there is no TV. Although there is no fridge in the room, I was able to put the drinks I bought later in the fridge in the kitchen area. The property itself is very well kept, nicely decorated and has a beautiful pool. I used it several times throughout the day and evening. I have done camel rides, sandboarding etc. before so this time I just went in back of the hotel and I walked in the Desert. There was no tourists that I could see in town so for this trip I opted not to go for an overnight stay in the Desert since I had the Dunes at my doorstep and not only a comfortable room with A/C but a pool I could splash in anytime. I went back in the late afternoon to eat at the 'cafe restaurant jour et nuit' and the food was very good. The owner of the hotel helped me to call supratours to arrange my bus to Tinghir. It was an early bus so the owner not only woke me up the next morning but also drove me down the road to the bus station. For me it was the perfect stay.
