Excellent value for the rate. The room was spacious and clean and the rooftop restaurant was running a special menu promotion that was a nice surprise. The staff were Incredibly friendly.

Our stay was short, we only stayed one night as we had to travel back.

We changed our first room and the second one was spacious. Overall we had a great experience, especially with the help of Hajar, the guest relation, who took care of everything. From entering the hotel to our rooms, she was there for us. Thank you and we'll definitely be back.

Shower screen wasn't big enough meaning bathroom floor was soaked whenever we took a shower. Room was a little tired could do with updating.

The Staff in all facilities were so welcoming and amazing. Reception: ABIR checked me in and out and she was so helpful and understanding. even when I was all over the place, she helped me to get things done. She's really a good face of the hotel. The men on the gate: So helpful and guided me whenever I had a question or request. Housekeeping: Extremely nice and responsive. big shout to them Breakfast Team: They really a good people to start your day with.

One night I was on the rooftop restaurant and we sat with my colleague on the table and apparently the table was reserved and the waiter she didn’t know about it . however there was a person wearing suit was shouting at her and to the restaurant staff. Which I believe he is a supervisor or manager . I felt very bad and angry about it since we sit on that table . Anyway such supervisor or manager should be educated on how to deal with his staff and guests. I believe Acoor should educate the hotel staff specially the supervisor and manager. And teach them how to deal with guests.

The reception staff named fatimzahrae was very helpful and even when I check out I forgot my stuff in the room and she texted me to inform me about it and they kept it safe. Housekeeping staff . Waitress and waiters from morning buffet and 16 floor were so professional and helpful.

Rooftop doesn't look like in the photos, definitely much smaller area and a smaller pool, for the conditions that the hotel offers it's a little bit overpriced.

The rooms were very comfortable, convenient access with tram and liked the airport shuttle service.

The hotel is located at a busy central area nearby the metro station. It takes time to access the hotel from the surroundings due to the traffic specially at peak hours. The view is very normal nothing interesting. The breakfast doesn’t offer variety of options.

The hotel is located in central area, the staff are kind and supportive. I would highly appreciate the lady at the front disk (Abir) for her great support and hospitality.

The swimming pool is not what I expected. The restaurant is around the swimming pool. So to swim and relax around the swimming pool is not really what you will do.

The location was in the mid of the city which is perfect, room was specious and comfortable, and breakfast was great which contains a lot of options.
