Great staff and marvelous food. Many, many breakfast options and all very good. Dinner, tagine, the first night was excellent and huge. Ordered a bottle of wine, and they kept the rest in their fridge for a nice cool glass of it the next night.

There is a lack of storage for the clothes (the wardrobe is very small). There could be more light in the room and in the bathroom.

staff were very friendly and went over and above to make our stay wonderful. The property was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Particularly liked our room being on the top floor as we loved the dip pool and roof top terrace. The breakfast was amazing, something different every morning, we opted to eat in the riad on our last day and I must say the food was the best we had in our week stay! 10/10

So beautiful and well priced overall a great unique experience that had authentic Moroccan design however the rooms are not very sound proof a baby woke us up at multiple points and a man knocked on our door and yelled for being loud around 11pm because our shower was running. (Not a worker they were all so excellent and nice just another person staying there)

More information on tours they provided. Felt like a very rushed option, the tour guide we had was exceptional but I don't think he got the majority of the money we paid. We had a fantastic lunch at the Atlas mountains.

An amazing place to stay to visit Marrakech. Excellent location and amazing roof top. We had a lovely room and breakfasts where wonderul.

We had a fabulous experience of staying at Riad Aya. Our room was spacious, clean and decorated in authentic Moroccan style. There was a slight hiccup during the stay where we did not get hot water in our room on the first day, but the staff got the issue resolved quickly by changing the water heating equipment. What truly impressed me was the genuine care shown by the staff and Riad's manager Sofiya for our comfort. All the staff at Riad took really good care of our needs. The breakfast requires special mention of it's own, as it was delicious and freshly prepared. I highly recommend Riad Aya to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Marrakech.

The only minor issue we had is that the quietness of the stay depends on how the other guests are. On one particular night we had neighbours that were very loud.

The look, feel, and decorations in the Riad were exceptional. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, unique each day, and homemade.

Situated in a great location the Riad is very clean, welcoming and looks fantastic. The staff are excellent, Badr and Sophia helped us with everything. I cannot recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again.

Riad Aya is unique…the short corridor to arrive for a fist time visitor it can be strange, but is safe, accessible, clean, picturesque!

Beautiful Riad in heard of Old city. within minutes walking to Souk. so quiet inside and nice break from the business of city outside. Beautifully furnished with morrocan style. staff is so friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast is yummy. Highly recommend for stay in Marrakech!

We had an excellent stay in Riad Aya. We were in Marrakesh during the earthquake, and we honestly wouldn't trade for any other Riad. They looked so much after us. Not only then, but our whole stay did they look after us, were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. It was also very very clean and the breakfast was very nice (but very big :) ). We surely recommend this place!

The rooftop swimming pool is a touch small, more like a jacuzzi really. Rooftop area was lovely to spend time in the evenings

Staff were truly superb, looked after us really well, spoke perfect English and were extremely nice and polite. We almost did not expect service levels and friendliness this high! Ground floor level is beautiful and a very nice setting for breakfast.
