they scammed us and gave us a different room compared to the one offered, then rejected cancelling the stay trying to make us stay there like hostages. we obviously left either way. terrible. you can see in the images attached the room we got and what they offered. claiming it was the same, as if we were stupid, blind or both.

the room was too small, the bathroom had no doors, the hot water flowed very little, they had no beds to wrap themselves in, and the bed is a little dirty.

Having just come from another Riad we were really disappointed with our stay at Fabiola et spa and wouldn’t really recommend it. A number of things resulted in us asking to check out and pay our bill early; firstly there was a foul smell coming from our room (first room on left when you go up to first floor), secondly there was a lot of late, loud noise until 1am, thirdly whilst the staff were lovely to us at first they were slow e.g. when we arrived they offered us tea but it never turned up whilst we waited around. Lastly, the WIFI was bad and only worked downstairs which made it difficult for us to plan our days, but this was less of a concern to us. In order to check out after one night we were told we had to pay for the full three days stay rather than just the one night we had stayed, so we ended up negotiating and getting offered a new room on the second level. We would of preferred to find a new Riad as we already knew from experience there was much better out there. In fairness, the new room was more spacious but we still experienced the same horrible smell (although less) - we think it comes from their air-con units. The room was also noisy with neighbours music etc playing until late. After all of this the female staff were still kind but we had clearly upset the male member of staff who went from being very friendly to cold and rude, of course making the rest of the stay uncomfortable.

It was more affordable that other Riads.

The most amazing part of my Moroccan holiday was spent in Riad Fabiola. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. we had a magical experience in this historical and clean hotel. This hotel was unique. Thank you our dear brother Aziz. He hosted us wonderfully. When we arrived in the hotel we felt so tired and Aziz served us fresh mint tea for relaxing. He helped us a lot in every way. Breakfast was perfect and satisfied and changes every morning with traditional delicious breads. This price and this service!!! Perfect:))) Friends who read these comments; If you want to experience a riad in Marrakech, this must be your only address. Thank you again. Hello from Turkey :)

The only letdowns were the staff never wearing masks (but as in all Morocco, nobody cares, so don't think other Riads will be different), and the dinner we got there was overpriced and not great. Just try any restaurant in town for that price.

The Riad is beautiful, lots of spots to chill, a great pool, visually charming. The price was very fair. We had a good bed, restroom, A/C working fine, and the breakfast was very good. True Riad experience I guess. We booked a massage which was amazing.

Really nice place in Medina. Great location we did not have problem finding and going out alone. Decoration in this real was really nice and it looked somehow refreshing amd comfortable like a little oasis in busy medina. Stuff was helpfull. During the summer there was not to hot in riad. Nice terrace and pool as well. Would recomend this place to everyone.

Everything was perfect !! They cook what you want and when you want ! Everyone are nice !! The food was perfect and very nice Quality/price ! I will be back when I will be in Marrakech InshAllah ! And thanks you Najat to prepare the room properly everyday ! Thank you !
