The staff went out of their way to make sure you were looked after. The courtyard was beautiful to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The property was beautiful like a little oasis in the middle of Marrakech. Beautiful decor and ambience. Very clean and comfortable.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful rooms, friendly and fun staff, and a perfect location just south of the medina in the historic Kasbah neighborhood. The space itself is stunning but the highlight was the staff who were so thoughtful and friendly (and cooked us one of the best meals we have had in Morocco - must try the Trid au poulet!). Highly recommend this Riad.

A lovely Riad that I would absolutely recommend. The room we stayed in is spacious, tidy and unique as it has incorporated some traditional Moroccan designs. Lush planting and the pool has made the Riad very pleasant and relaxing, which we really loved. All important sightseeing spots can be reached simply by walking, yet the Riad still feels nicely separated from the crowd and is able to retain its tranquility. Food in the breakfast are great and has a variety of options across our stay. Dinner selections are fantastic as well and we had our best Tagine here. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the hospitality here is exceptional! We’d like to show our appreciation to Yacine - his professional and kind attitude has really impressed us. He even used a translator app to make sure we understand what he said - really impressive. We also learnt a few useful Arabic words from him - thumbs up to Yacine! If I’m returning to Marrakech I’ll definitely come back to this Riad!

The WiFi was weak, which would limit the abilities of digital nomads.

Exceptionally kind personal. The food (breakfast or on demand dinner or lunch) was exceptionally too. It was super clean and all facilities were functional.

Excepcional service all round. The Riad looks 100% like the photos. Rooms are spacious and very clean. staff is very attentive. breakfast 10/10. The Riad is located in a quiet area in walking distance to the Medina and other surrounding central sites. No noise issues.

We had the best stay at this Road. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. It was 5 star service always with a smile :) can’t thank the team enough! Our room was beautiful and the bed were super comfy. The bathroom was gorgeous and the shower was ammaaazing!!! I don’t know what they put into the pool water but I felt 10 years younger after taking a dip! Fantastic stay, would highly recommend and will be back

I almost can not think of anything, small detail for winter time: the pool is not warmed, so in case you want to swim you have to like fresh. our kids did some dips And straight received some balloons to play with.

Everything! It was as beautiful as I hoped for. everything was recently renovated, so it was also in a Good shape. Lots of amazing details all over the place. The suite (4 person down floor) was huge, comfortabel And beautiful. The bed was big, beautiful sheets And super comfy. All the furniture was stunning . there was all the comfort you may need. They cleaned and organized our room everyday with clean towels and left a super tidy room. The staff was very friendly And helpful. As soon as you enter the building you can sit And drink a cup of mint tea (not billed). They are willing to help with anything And very smiling. The location is perfect. Its a 10 minute walk to Jamaa el Fna square. The street itself is super quite And just around the corner from the Bahia palace, Badi palace And a Nice square for shopping. The breakfast is huge and very fresh And tasty.

Our stay was perfect from start to finished. We were picked up very correctly at the airport and escorted to the riad which is located at the end street of a dead street .this makes the riad very quiet , while it is still only 5 minutes from la place Jamaa el Fna. In addition, the staff is extremely friendly. IN particular. The owners and manager fatim zahra and ahmed yassin. Is very helpful and is happy to arrange any form of excursion or transport for correct prices.the road itself is very stylish. Clean and finished to perfection.the breakfast is also a hit:tasty, local and very varied. Finally we recommended and will definitely come back!

nothing I didn’t like or enjoy

the property is located about 6-8 min from the main square and the souk alleyways. you can experience the magical chaos of the Marrakech centre and then return to this oasis of peaceful ambience The quality is amazing and it’s the staff who make it such a homely experience they are attentive to every need without being at all obtrusive there are so many places in the Riad to spend time in relaxed comfort the tagine was full of flavour and leaves you with warmth in your tummy Fatima, who fronts the place is daughter of the owner and such a credit to her family Ahmed, Abdul as well as the other staff became friends. in fact just like family. I will definitely return here

Water wasn’t hot, just tepid and water pressure wasn’t great. Doors were thin so you could hear footsteps etc. All these are to be expected of any Riad.

Beautiful Riad, well thought out interiors and super clean, the cleaners did a fantastic job everyday. The location is perfect, right in Medina and a short walk to the souks, cafes and restaurants. Gueliz, where all the fancier restaurants are, was a 10 min taxi ride or 40min walk. I would highly recommend.

nothing bothered us. Just worth noting that the Medina is 1km away, accessible via place des Ferbantiers with a nice walking access to the main square, not too busy. For us, Kasbah’s pace is a plus.

Quadruple rooms recommended for families. Remarkable rooms (we got the quadruple Sultan, we saw the quadruple Remparts, with much charm as well, as the Riad was new we asked for a visit, and saw as well some other rooms, all pittoresques and nice). Photos are faithful. On amenities side, warm and powerful showers, and in our case very large beds, in elegant rooms. The riad is newly remodelled and decorated, very nice, full of light, decently sized pool (too cold for us in winter but very elegant). The terrace offers a typical nice view. An attentive and elegant personnel (trained in another successful riad from same owner) completes a stay beyond our expectations for a riad (we have often had Bookings’bookings disappointing us, but not this time!)
