Location, you have to walk to the main restaurants about 10min,but its not a big problem

The building (or the quarter that I stayed) is actually quite old, they did renovations on it and the upkeep is well done. But if you are looking for a whole new modern building, you should reconsider.

Beach front access and lounge area was lovely. The breakfast buffet was also nice. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Its abit distant to the main road, so as long as you have a vehicle with you then that's okay, and the great thing is that you stay away from all the noise from the main street. This is a good place for a getaway. The view from the high-floor-pool is very worthy! Kudos to the staffs as well.

For a vegan there wasn’t a lot of options for breakfast, allergic to pineapple and don’t like watermelon. But not many places cater for vegans so my expectations were not high.

The room was clean at our arrival, though nobody came to clean it during our stay. They changed out towels and brought us fresh bottles of water, so it was ok!

The location is great, on the sandy beach, not too deep, with small areas where one can snorkel and watch flocks of fish feeding on plankton. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, there is a kettle and fridge in the room

Bedding was dirty when we arrived and dirty towels in bathroom. However, seems like the bedding was stained after wash rather than dirty from not being changed. Staff were very quick to sort the problem out.

Beautiful location and close to many places like bike and kayak rentals. Breakfast selection was great and staff friendly.

Great and quiet location, yet 10 min walking to the Main Street with bars, restaurants, shops & massages. Nice beach in front of hotel, but since stupid guests reserve beach beds all day long without being there, we moved up to the rooftop infinity pool with an even better view and less people. Rooms are simple, but clean and spacious (balcony is a plus), breakfast is also good (egg station, fresh fruit) for the affordable price. And if you need a special coffee or iced matcha, there’s a café next to the hotel :)

the bathroom is not the best but ok. also the balcony was a bit dangerous in our room.

This is the second time I have been there in one year. I think it's one of the best beaches in Ko Chang. If you want a quiet hotel and quiet place this is the place for you. The swimming pool on the fourth floor is a must for the perfect sunset.

Kettle and tea/coffee in the room would be good. The beach isn't exactly the best in Ko Chang but it's fine.

Right next to the beach and a short walk into the town. Very clean room. Lovely pool. Room is a food size and there's a large fridge. Decent breakfast but better if you go earlier as it gets a bit cold/old later. Overall I think this place is good value for money compared to others on the island.

The only downside of the hotel is that the wifi doesn't work very well in case you need to work.

What we liked about the hotel was the location and the very comfortable room. Full breakfast and very friendly staff. The hotel has access to a private beach with loungers and an infinity pool where you can see the entire sea.

The reception staff were helpful professional,knowledgeable and always with a smile, the last week of our holiday my brother had a mild stroke, Inch the young man in charge of reception call an ambulance ,plus organiser phone calls for me ,without him I would have been lost..

facilities (mirror and water heater)

The first thing that came across and impressed me was the hotel's location. Located next to the beach You can walk for just 1 minute. And in the hotel area there are places to sit. There are chairs to lie on and enjoy the panoramic view of the sea, which is very nice. And when checking in at the lobby Male receptionists provide polite and humane service. Made an impression even before I had even checked into the room. The cleanliness within the room is considered quite good. There is no musty smell. or traces from previous guests, but on the bed it was found that there seemed to be slight sand stains on it. which has not yet been determined whether it comes from ourselves Or that the hotel doesn't clean thoroughly? But overall it is considered acceptable. Breakfast is provided by the hotel. and quite okay The restaurant is considered large. Not too uncomfortable The food tastes good. Not much variety But it is considered complete, with coffee and bread available. and the hotel provides cloth service Use it for playing in the sea. Or do outdoor activities such as diving. The part that would like to be improved is There is no outside mirror in the room for looking at. There is only one mirror in the bathroom. This is quite difficult for people who want to put on makeup or do their hair and don't bring their own mirror. And another thing is bathroom heater I want the temperature to be higher than this. Because it has been adjusted to the highest temperature. Still felt like the water wasn't that hot. (If it's somewhere else It will be much hotter) which makes me not very impressed at this point. But in summary, I am very impressed with my stay at Mam Kai Bae Hotel. And when I have the opportunity I would like to come and use the services here again. Hopefully this review will be useful to tourists. And also give encouragement and advice to the hotel. Thank you.

Hotter water in shower needed. Control of pigs who leave towels on beach beds and never come back. Need a half hour throw off rule.

Everything was as expected. Super pool and beach with comfy beds. A/C a bit noisy. Great value.
