Absolutely incredible stay. Easy to reach from Cafe de France, close to the Souks. Mickail and Aziz were exceptional. The service, hospitality and beauty of the riad was unparalleled. I’ve never had anything come close. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, the drinks refreshing and the breeze cooling. The room was large, good, quiet aircon and totally dark and quiet despite the Medina being so close. Really - stay here.

Absolutely nothing here not to like. We loved everything about our stay! Perfect.

Just fabulous. The riad is absolutely beautiful. A tasteful and stylish restoration with a gorgeous rooftop where we enjoyed the most delicious breakfasts in the morning and cool drinks in the evening. It is the most perfect and tranquil haven away from the excitement and hubbub of the surrounding streets. We loved our stay. Our room was lovely - clean and comfortable, and Mickael and the team are just wonderful - attentive, knowledgeable, caring and kind. We had some fantastic experiences / meals on his recommendation and nothing was too much trouble in organising for us. Our stay provided us with everything we needed (and wanted) for a first trip (but certainly not the last) to Marrakech.

It was all wonderful.

Great location. The Riad is full of charm and character. Such an interesting building, imaginatively designed and furnished. Wonderful breakfast. Very clean. Staff are so helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Owner Michael goes out of his way to help you make the best of your visit. Will definitely stay again. Love it.

What didn’t I like? Well I found little to fault. Maybe a small fridge in the room although owner Michael isn’t warm to the idea of humming whitegoods. Michael is justifiably very proud of his Marrakech getaway and respectful of the rules by which he operates the Riad. A recent request to a guest to refrain from smoking weed in the property resulted in bitter retaliation in the form of a poor Booking.com review score. But it's “C’est la Vie” from the French owner who makes the Riad, his respect for the Moroccan way of life and the comfort of his guests his first priority.

I booked Riad Les Nuits de Marrakech almost a year ahead of my arrival based on the exceptional rating it had on Booking.com. Brilliantly located just off the Jemaa el-Fna Square, I knew it would prove to be near the centre of the action and I wasn’t wrong. I may have been concerned winding my way through the decrepit alleyways, wondering what awaited when I walked through the door but I needn’t have worried. Riad Les Nuits de Marrakech is the baby of a French couple who bought it as a potential holiday home and decided to renovate it completely and open it as a haven for tourists from the madness outside. In short the décor is authentic; beautiful original filigree, columns and arches. The 750cm walls remain intact explaining why it’s impossible to hear the din from the nearby square. The bedroom was rich with Moroccan treatments and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace served up a delightful blend of Moroccan and Western delights. And when one returned from the sweltering square, a dip in the small Riad pool was refreshing.

What a wonderful oasis Michael and Guido have created! It was a long trip from Seattle to Marrakesh through Istanbul, but Guido instantly made us feel so welcome. Our room was lovely, and the breakfasts were great, and the location in the Medina was perfect! Each day, when we arrived back, cooling our feet in the pool with a cold beer or glass wine before we headed out again. Mickael was so friendly and helpful arranging a hammam visit, a day tour in the Atlas Mountains and dinner reservations at wonderful restaurants, and fun conversations about our days antics. I cannot recommend the Riad les Nuits de Marrakech more highly!

It was very tastefully done. A lovely home in the middle of the Medina. Guido and Mickael were very helpful to guide us to visit places that were not very touristy. The rooms were very clean and service great . Will definitely recommend the property to friends visiting Marrakech.

The riad decorated to an exceptional standard. The hospitality that we were shown by the hosts was equally exceptional. They took the time to make us feel welcome and to provide tips about what to visit and where to eat. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was outstanding. The hosts and staff went the extra mile in every aspect of our stay.

We can't think of anything that would have made our stay more welcoming, comfortable or enjoyable.

We have travelled the world and rarely come across a gem such as this. Guido and Michael are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. Their explanations and guidance leave nothing to chance. Their management skills and client satisfaction are amongst the best we've ever encountered. The staff were all amazing, the breakfast was fresh and presented superbly. New towels every day, spotless, water for excursions, what to look out for and what to avoid, these gents have got the holiday package that many should envy. The location is right in the middle of the medina so the shopping and restaurants are all next door. We will be going again and we will be staying here.

Transfer from airport to riad was helpful but walk through the city could have been explained better.

Fantastic restoration, roof deck breakfast, hosts arranged everything and were super knowledgeable. An oasis of tranquility in the middle of the chaos in central Marrakech!

There was nothing we didn't like ,

The riad was beautiful with amazing attention to detail .It was obvious the renovation was a true labor of love. The location was great as it was fairly centrally located and easy to find . Our room was extremely comfortable with windows overlooking the central courtyard. Breakfast was the best we've had during our two week stay touring around the country. The best part was how helpful and attentive the owners were to all our needs , far beyond our experiences at other riads. Treated us like family !

Not a thing!

The Riad is a dream. It is a little oasis close to everything in the Medina. Mikael and Guido have it beautifully decorated and pristinely clean. Every single member of the staff is incredibly attentive and so sweet. The rooftop is spacious and a great place to have a cold beer 🤗 after the hustle and bustle Of Marrakech. Each room is uniquely decorated and spacious. Breakfast is served each morning on the rooftop, weather permitting., and it was always delicious. When we return to Marrakech, we will absolutely stay here again.

We wish we could have stayed longer, no dislikes at all, everything was perfect.

Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice and gluten free options for my wife, who is coeliac, it was so thoughtful and very welcome. Location was also excellent, quiet street, but close to the vibrant city, where there was lots to explore. Again, staff were excellent and Mickael was a fantastic host, he gave us good advice, booked tables for us at amazing restuarants always very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We stayed here for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A perfect location just off the busy medina, it's a haven of tranquility. The hotel is a stunning old property which has been lovingly restored by the owners to an excellent standard. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated and we slept very soundly, you can't hear any noise despite it being on a side street off the main square. Whilst it's a beautiful hotel, it's the wonderful owners and staff that really set things apart. They are so kind and attentive and really helpful in imparting knowledge of the local area. They even took us out on our first day to make sure we fully knew our location and route back to the hotel. We felt truly welcomed during our stay. The breakfast on the roof terrace is incredible with good variety and generous portions. We would stay here again and will definitely recommend to people we know.

Our stay at Michael and Guido’s riad in Morocco exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and provided with invaluable tips for navigating the area, dining, shopping, and exploring. We were even guided into town on our first outing from the riad to ensure we were comfortable walking to and from. The riad itself was beautiful and unique, with the rooftop patio being a standout feature where we enjoyed big beautiful breakfasts and places to relax in the sun. The service was impeccable, and the staff couldn’t have been more lovely and attentive. What truly stood out was the hands-on approach of the owners, who ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect. I’m not sure - we had a really good time

We had a fantastic stay in the Riad. The owners were so hospitable and we had a great induction to the city - they told us some great spots to go to for lunch and dinner. They also helped arrange a last minute hammam experience. The breakfast was exceptional (we left very full each day) and our room was lovely, Would recommend to all my friends who come to Marrakech
