The chemical smell from the bathroom was strong when we arrived and our bottom floor room was not fantastic for sound as you could hear everything in the lobby like you were in it. Which mostly wasn’t an issue but not great. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, but some staff was not as good so it was a bit of mixed bag of who you got when you had questions.

Great location, great rooftop terrace and mostly great staff. The location is right off a main route through the Medina. They did our laundry too, which was nice.

The location is very beautiful, close to the historical monuments of the city of Fez. Breakfast on the rooftop was wonderful with a beautiful view and there are many delicious temptations. It is clean and tidy, and you will not feel like a stranger because the reception and constant welcome from Kabil and Nour Din make everything easy to reach. Thank you very much to them, and I will not hesitate to visit the place again.

Nothing, it was excellent. Fes is such an interesting city to visit and this is the ideal location for visiting the older parts.

The riad is really easy to find being just a short way into one of the main roads of the medina, and there are signs to direct you along the way. Once you get to the water clock you turn next left and the riad is a minute up that alley with a blue porch and door. It is ideally located for exploring the medina and is only minutes away from the Blue Gate where there are lots of restaurants and taxi ranks if you want to go into the new part of the city. The rooms are great, just as in the photos, with comfortable beds. The staff were really lovely and breakfast was fantastic. One of the highlights for me was having breakfast with views of the old walls, tomb and fort. A really lovely place and such good value.

We loved Riad Skilffo, the rooms are beautiful and very clean, the terrace is beautiful with a view of the whole area and the ruins, the breakfast is very good, the staff are very receptive, they help with everything you ask for, thank you . Very nice traditional place, clean and cosy. Great terrace on the roof. Good Moroccan breakfast. Very friendly personel. The rooms are quite small, but when you are mostly outside in the Medina, it is no problem. Ideal for weekend trips and individualists, who want to feel the real Morocco. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Was tricky to find as in the middle of the medina. Thankfully didn't have much luggage. They didn't accept credit cards and requested payment on arrival so had to hunt down a cash machine in a quiet area. In the medina so be prepared to be woken at 5am by the tannoy announcing morning prayers!

Great location in the middle of the medina and lovely decor and room. Included TV, aircon and own shower. Breakfast on the roof felt like a real local experience.
